Hai, Mew here. Another Rain stall OU team is here, but it works much better than the old one, as it gets more synergy and annoyance. Not much to say up here, here's the team:

Politoed (M) @ Leftovers

Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Spd
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)

  • Scald
  • Ice Beam
  • Focus Blast
  • Perish Song

You can't start an OU Drizzle team of any kind without this sexy toad! Politoed is essential in providing me with the rain needed for my stall with Drizzle. This is a standard Specially Defensive Set created by Josh, and works quite well in the team. EVs focus on giving, um, Special bulk, as well as 4 EVs in Speed to outspeed other uninvested Toeds. Scald supports my team by spreading possible burns around the opponent's team, as well as being STAB and rain boosted. Ice Beam nails annoying Dragons and Gliscor. Focus Blast eliminates Steels nicely, and 120 base power isn't entirely too shabby. Perish Song helps in eliminating SubBoosters, SubSeeders, and trolling the opponent when he's at his last Pokemon :P Since Pokemon love setting up Toedy, its a win-win situation.

Gliscor (F) @ Toxic Orb

Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 184 Def / 72 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

  • Substitute
  • Protect
  • Earthquake
  • Toxic / Ice Fang

You've probably faced annoying set before, some time during your Pokemon battling career. The original SubToxic Gliscor. Gliscor might have an increased Water weakness in the rain, but it works really well in it. Gliscor acts as my premier Terrakion check, and basically most Fighting and Physical Pokemon, as Gliscor has an epic Defense stat. Poison Heal heals health when Poison, which Gliscor can easily activate. Substitute allows me to dodge other status if I know I'm faster than the opponent, and helps when used on the switch to give Gliscor something to hide behind in case of a Special Attacker. Protect gives more stall to the team, by allowing Gliscor to get another round of healing from Toxic Orb. Earthquake is STAB that serves as my attacking move in the case I get Taunted. Toxic allows me to stall even more, weakening the opponent and allowing me to stall with SubProtect. It synergizes well with Earthquake, since Steels aren't affected by Poison, but get hit but Earthquake. However, Skarmory and opposing Gliscor dodge this combo.

Using Ice Fang > Toxic on Gliscor, since Toxic Spikes that. Hits Flying types for damage.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers

Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)

  • Wish
  • Protect
  • Seismic Toss
  • Toxic / Stealth Rock

This Blissey is insanely standard....Special....Wall.....
Natural Cure allows to absorb any status for my team.
Anyway, Wish support is awesome in any stall team, so you can pass the health to a weakened opponent has start trolling again. A proper way to say trolololol.
Wish provides health for my team. Even though Blissey isn't fully invested in HP, it still recovers a whopping 326 HP! Not bad. Protect is here for me accomplish two main things: gain Wish healing if Blissey needs it, and to scout the opponent's next move. Seismic Toss deals consistent damage to opponents, a solid 100 HP. Toxic allows it to spread status around the team, and helps Blissey outstall other Walls.

Using Stealth Rock > Toxic as Toxic is taken care of by Tentacruel's Toxic Spikes.

Ferrothorn (M) @ Leftovers

Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SDef
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

  • Stealth Rock / Spikes
  • Leech Seed
  • Thunder Wave
  • Power Whip

Another extremely standard mixed wall. I have no creativity :(
Ferrothorn takes loads of hits for other Pokemon, as it boasts resistances like Grass, Water, Electric. Iron Barbs helps against Physical Attacks. EVs grant mixed bulk, and helps Ferrothorn take hits from both sides of the spectrum. An Impish Nature is preferred here so Ferrothorn can outspeed something when it uses Thunder Wave. Stealth Rock allows me to get Hazards up, another annoyance to deal with. And it hits all Pokemon (barring Magic Guarders) for at least 1/32 of their HP. xD Leech Seed allows Ferrothorn nab healing from itself and its teammates when necessary, and helps my weaker attacks go through and KO at low health ranges. Thunder Wave paralyzes stuff, and grants most of my Pokemon to outspeed and continue to be annoying to the opponent. Power Whip is here to stop me from being complete Taunt bait, so I have some sort of attacking move. Base 120 power STAB isn't too bad, even uninvested. It hits Gastrodon HARD, one the worst enemies to the team as a whole.

Using Spikes > Stealth Rock as SR is taken care of by Blissey.

Tentacruel (M) @ Black Sludge

Trait: Rain Dish
EVs: 252 HP / 236 Def / 20 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

  • Rapid Spin
  • Toxic Spikes
  • Scald
  • Protect

Guess what! I'm being standard...again. Tentacruel plays many important roles in this team. It helps me remove Toxic Spikes due to its partial Poison typing, helping everyone but Ferro, Gliscor, and Latias not get Poisoned. It is also my Rapid Spinner, which helps everyone from not getting damaged too much. The EVs allow Tentacruel to take some Physical moves while outspeeding Defensive Gliscor, like mine. Rain Dish is amazing, combined with Black Sludge, its almost like 3 Leftover recoveries. Rapid Spin clears my side of the field of Spikes and Stealth Rock, helping my team be more annoying. Toxic Spikes allows me to set up Poisoning on my opponent's side, helping me deal residual damage. Scald is my feeble STAB that is boosted in the rain, and can spread burns across my opponent's team. Protect allows me to scout, and get another round of Rain Dish + Black Sludge healing.

Latias (F) @ Light Clay

Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

  • Reflect
  • Light Screen
  • Roost
  • Dragon Pulse

Finally, I get a bit creative. I needed a Pokemon that could take Special Fighting moves. My answer is here. Dual Screens Latios is something I've been meaning to try, but it never fit my team properly. Boasting high HP and defensive stats, it is a great Dual Screener. Reflect and Light Screen are my Dual Screens, and helps my team take less damage as a whole, and my Light Clay increases the amount of turns that the screens are active my 3 :3 Roost gives me healing, since I have no recovery through Leftovers here. And Dragon Pulse is here in case I get Taunted, and gives me a form of consistent STAB for it to use.
