Politoed
Ab: Drizzle
@ Leftovers
EV: 252 HP, 252 Sp. Def, 4 Def
Nature: Quiet (+ SpA, - Spe)
Encore
Scald
Protect
Hidden Power Grass (any better suggestions? Politoed doesn't have a huge move pool...)

image
Zoroark
Ab: Illusion
@ Choice Band or Specs/ Leftovers
EV: 252 Speed, 252 Attack, 4 SpA
Nature: (not sure)
U-Turn
Punishment
Low Sweep/ Focus Blast
Flamethrower (any better suggestions? It's a space filler currently, since it's so pointless with rain + band, yet Zoroark's other moves are not that great when banded.)

Vaporeon
Ab: Hydration
@ Leftovers
EV: 252 HP, 252 SpD, 4 Def
Nature: Bold (-Def, +Atk)
Rest
Protect
Heal Bell
Scald

Dragonite
Ab: Multiscale
@ Leftovers/ Expert Belt
EV: 252 SpA, 128 Def/ SpA
Nature: Modest (+SpA, -Atk)
Thunder
Hurricane
Roost
Dragon Tail

image
Toxicroak
Ab: Dry Skin
@ Black Sludge
EV: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 SpD
Nature: Impish (+Def, -SpA)
Drain Punch
Ice Punch/ Dual Chop
Fake Out
Sucker Punch

image
Tentacruel
Ab: Rain Dish
@ Black Sludge
EV: 252 Def, 252 SpA, 4 SpD
Nature: Bold (+Def, -Atk)
Rapid Spin
Ice Beam
Scald
Toxic Spikes

Any suggestions are welcome; I've found that either Toxicroak or Tentacruel in the last slot is really good for Zoroark, especially with Calm Mind stallers like Espeon and Reuniclus; they're so common in OU. Encore trap w/ Politoed, then Punishment (avec STAB) with Zoroark, coupled with its illusion, on top of all that, Punishment is a physical move.

Vaporeon is a burn staller, but I've thought about Wish instead of Protect for more team support? She's also there to deal with Outrage, since she can take one hit, then Protect in hope for confusion.

I've also thought about Starmie in place of Tentacruel (Rapid Spinner), but it doesn't have a rain beneficial ability (Natural Cure only activates upon switching out), Illuminate is useless, and Analytic is rubbish on Starmie, since it'll be moving before most Pokemon with a 115 base speed.

Politoed
Ab: Drizzle
@ Focus Band
EV: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Atk
Nature: Quiet (+SpAtk -Spd)
Swagger
Scald
Protect
Earthquake
HP and Def IVs is to help survive from the atk boosting of Swagger. Atk IV is to boost the power of Earthquake meanwhile the nature may help boost the Scald. Swagger is to help the oponent boost its attack making Punishment more stronger. Earthquake is to knock out some Electric-types. The Focus Band is to gains extra turn to more Swaggers or if the oponent's atk is maxed deal some damage.

Zoroark
Ab: Illusion
@ Life Orb
EV: 252 Atk / 84 Def / 84 SpDef / 84 Spd
Nature: Adamant (+Atk -SpAtk)
U-Turn
Punishment
Swords Dance
Aerial Ace
Better go training much atk IVs because he will have only Physical attack. The rest of the IVs go to the defensive(Def, SpDef) and a little to offensive(Spd). Swords Dance is to help get some deadly atk. Aerial Ace is to cover his Fighting- and Bug-type weakness. Life Orb is to help get more power. I think is better than Choice Band because if you start with Swords Dance...

Vaporeon
Ab: Hydration
@ Cell Battery
EV: 252 HP / 252 SpAtk / 4 Spd
Nature: Bold (+Def -Atk)
Rest
Protect
Ice Beam
Scald
The HP IVs is to help survive from Electric-type attacks. The SpAtk and Spd IVs is to help go attacking hard. With the Cell Battery may help you because I think you will be hit by a Electric-type attack. Ice Beam is to counter the Grass-types.

Dragonite
Ab: Multiscale
@ Razor Claw/Fang
EV: 252 SpAtk / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Nature: Quiet (+SpAtk -Spd)
Thunder
Hurricane
Aqua Tail
Dragon Tail
He may be your sweeper. Razor Claw/Fang may help you go attacking hard. Aqua Tail is to counter his Rock-type weakness plus gains power boost from Rain. Just create a strategy: go using Dragon Tail and try to found a oponent that Thunder/Hurricane/Aqua Tail may kill with 1 hit.

Toxicroak
Ab: Dry Skin
@ Black Sludge
EV: 252 Atk / 128 Def / 128 SpDef
Nature: Adamant (+Atk -SpAtk)
Cross Chop
Ice Punch
Poison Jab
Sucker Punch
Def and SpDef IVs is to help get more turn and go healing with Dry Skin + Black Sludge. The nature will help you get more power on moves. Cross Chop is more stronger than Drain Punch. I think: don't need Drain Punch because you have Dry Skin and Black Sludge. Ice Punch is better than Dual Chop because it takes not only Dragon-types, it knocks out some Ground- and Flying-types that Toxicroak is weak. Poison Jab is better than Fake Out because it gains STAB and help kill some Grass-types that Politoed may be weak. Vaporeon have Ice Beam.

Tentacruel
Ab: Rain Dish
@ Leftovers
EV: 252 HP / 252 SpAtk / 4 Spd
Nature: Bold (+Def, -Atk)
Hex
Ice Beam
Scald
Toxic Spikes
HP IVs is to survive many hits and try burn the oponent. And the spd is to help deals damage. Hex is to K.O. some Psychic-types. You may burn with the Scald.

Thank you! I will be trying this out now (:
Physical Poli is a no-no, go with Ice Beam over Earthquake, and Hypnosis / Toxic over Swagger.
swagger is to help the zoroark's punishment...
but if you put Toxic / Hypnosis over Swagger may good put Dark Pulse/Night Daze/Foul Play over Punishment. Ok, maybe good put Ice Beam over Earthquake but there is no other Earthquakes to take some Electric-types...
I've never liked Hypnosis, low accuracy is prone to lose the battle. I actually found that I don't need to deal with Electric types; I replaced Dragonite with Emolga (Motor Drive), which sounds like a really bad down trade, but I have enough prediction for Emolga to take the Electric moves, and I already have my sweepers. This is just some fun, ultimately.
Though Ice Beam is what I went for in the end on Politoed; I felt Heal Bell on Vaporeon was better support for the team.
