This team depends on the rain entirely and i can't really think of a way to get around that fact. Need help ~.~

Your have a spinner which is good! Just to start, the added coverage will be nice. Um as far as I can see if you face any other weather team you're pretty much done for. Pollitoed is your only option to set back up rain, you'd almost be forced to send him out and switch it out immediately and let another one of your pokemon endure the hit.  I suggest getting rid of Toxicroak and possibly investing in another wall and stall/rain dance set-up pokemon. Ludicolo, possibly. I've seen him used with leftover, his rain dish and a protect and toxic method to stall out many a foe. But dont get me wrong, I am a huge fan of toxicroak! But other that removing a move from overall very good and sound moveset to replace it with a secondary rain dance and foddering a death for the sake of setting up rain again, idk what to tell you.

i like this team a lot! The power spread is exciting. Another suggestion is that with Starmie's good speed you can remove either Surf or Confuse Ray to put Rain Dance down. Im not that big a fan of this idea but you could almost change Starmie's role into hazard remover/Set-up specifically
