Hydreigon

Hydreigon is solid. One suggestion i'd like to make is to replace Dark Pulse with Surf. Dark Pulse might be STAB, but you want to cover as much types as possible in the Monotype metagame. Dark Types only cover 2 Types, at which you have an immunity and a resistance to. Surf deals with the Mono Ground, which abuses its immunity to it. Also, replace the Rash Nature with Naive. With a Dragon, you only run those natures with a Specs variant, never a Scarf variant.

Zoroark

It is good.

Tyranitar

I have problems starting here. Tyranitar is not, I repeat, is not good without Sand Stream. He is basically another Rock Type without it. Also, look at the crippling Weaknesses it has overall. It might seem tempting to run a Dragon Dance variant here, but it won't be able to pull it off without Sand Steam. Not to mention the fact that you have a way better Dragon Dancer in Scrafty in the Team. I suggest replacing Tyranitar with a more threatening Pokemon. Bisharp is that Pokemon. Bisharp and Hudreigon synergize well with eachother, tanking Dragon/Ground/Fire/Ice Moves. Not to mention the fact that you wanted a replacement for Honchkrow(why..?). Here's what I recommend:

Bisharp (M)@ Air Balloon/Leftovers
Trait: Defiant
EVs: 52 HP / 252 Atk / 204 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Substitute
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Sucker Punch

Use this in correct timing, and you can sweep an entire Team. You might wonder why there was no Psycho Cut here. Well, Iron Head does around the same damage to Fighting Types as Psycho Cut would, so there's no real point in adding it. I thinking this is a solid replacement for Tyranitar.

Honchkrow

I don't know why you want to replace this guy, but with Bisharp/Hydreigon around, it doesn't really add much and it adds weaknesses. I like the presense of Sharpedo here. as all it's weaknesses(except Fighting of course) are covered between Bisharp and Hydreigon. Sharpedo can also run a nice Mixed Set to trock your foes into switching a lot more than usual. Without the presense of Entry Hazards in your Team, you need as much Hyper Offense as you can get. Here's what I recommend:

Sharpedo (F)@ Life Orb
Trait: Speed Boost
EVs: 148 Atk / 252 SpA / 108 Spd
Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
- Crunch
- Hydro Pump
- Hidden Power Fire
- Protect

This is the mixed Set. With this, Scizor switch-ins shouldn't be such an issue. Mixed fixes the issue of the Physical/Special distribution. Protect gives you a free Speed Boost, and it also scouts Choice Scarfers into what Move they will use. A common technique.

Scrafty

Good here.

Sableye

He is needed here. do not let him faint. replace the EV Spread to 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef. Need to take advantage of the Attack drop.

Recommedations

You can form a great Defensive core by adding an Umbreon on this Team. Umbreon+Sableye is awesome. And with Wish support coming from it, it can help with the Longevity of the Team. Drapion is another Pokemon to consider. With a Toxic Spikes and Whirlwind combination, it can be a pain to the opponent. Not to mention that it isn't weak to Fighting Type Moves.

Good luck witht the Team!
