Will-O-Wisp is amazing. why use thunderbolt over it when Volt Switch is already STAB and Ferro has Thunder Wave Already?? if you Paralyzed every Special Attacker, Burned every Physical Attacker, and Badly Poisoned every Wall on an opponents team they would have to quit. they are doomed and its just quicker to rage quit than slowly have your team violated over the next 23 turns...

and also give it the moves curse and gyro ball
