You want me to rate this?
I need approval if you think I would just maek it worse :P
Uh... Sure go ahead ;)
Mild on Black Kyurem? I'd rather go with Hasty or Naive, since it has a Scarf.
Kyurem-B is Uber as of now... http://www.smogon.com/bw/pokemon/kyurem-b

Yay, I'll answer :D

For Deoxys-D, a nice item to try is Mental Herb. This really helps when you start to Taunt and your opponent has Espeon or Xatu in their team. If you don't know what it is, a Mental Herb cures you from Confusion, Infatuation, and Taunt, mainly. Deoxys-D has the bulk and Recover to do without Leftovers. I'd also move your 4 Def EVs to SDef to stop any Downloaders from getting a SAtk boost.

Your Gengar seems fine.

Your Ferrothorn can utilize a spread of 252 HP / 88 Def / 168 SDef with an Impish Nature. This EV spread presents lots of bulk, and really helps when tanking both Dracos and Outrages.

Let's have some fun with Heatran. It seems that you are going for an offensive Heatran here, but your EVs are kind of messed up. I recommend a highly unused set.

Heatran (F) @ Life Orb

Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Flame Charge
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power [Ice]

A nice and weird set to use, but perfect to catch your opponent off guard. After you switch into a Fire move, use Flame Charge on the switchin, and now, you got a Heatran that can basically outrun any non Scarfed user in OU. Fire Blast is your STAB move. COming off a 394 SAtk stat, STAB, and LO? Earth Power nails opposing Heatran for the OHKO. Hidden Power Ice laughs at all those Dragons that think they can resist you.

Onto your Gliscor. You have 2 Pokemon with defensive capabilities already; Ferrothorn and Deoxys-D. I suggest you swap Gliscor for Landorus-T. You retain the same typing, as well as a Defensive presence. But you get a bit more Physically offensive, which is what your team lacks. I suggest a Scarf set. Believe me, Double Scarfers work well.

Landorus-T (M) @ Choice Scarf

Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 20 HP / 236 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Superpower

Credit to thy Holy Name for the EV spread. This set is pretty darn straightforward. U-turn provides some scouting, Earthquake (STAB) and Stone Edge provide the EdgeQuake combination. Superpower gives additional power to break through Steels like Ferrothorn.

Your Kyurem-B needs a Hasty or a Naive Nature to outspeed certain threats.

I was actually going for bulky Heatran :[
lol, my bad. Still, offensive Heatran works well in the team, as your other SAtker is mixed.
Hope the answer at least helped.
yep, it did. thanks a lot mew :)
Hasty or Naive on heatranny

If your planning on using this guy as a taunter, RUN SPEED EVS! It can outspeed every pokemon that you'd want to taunt, along with being able to set up hazards first if someone else tries to taunt you. I'd suggest a set similar to smogon's (BLECK!) and running 252 speed evs. Replace stealth rock for spikes and you can add stealth rock on heatran. It has the special bulk to set it up.

Gengar is nice. If you want to go modest to get extra power you can but I prefer timid so you did good o;

For ferrothorn you should run rocky helmet and do for your Ev spread have 252 HP 72 SpecialDefense and 180 Defense. And maybe have 176 defense 252 HP 72 special defense and 4 attack to do a bit with power whip.

As I said before Heatran needs Stealth Rock in exchange for substitute or dragon pulse. I'm thinking change substitute. If you do make the change to add in stealth rock run 4 special defense evs and not 4 hp evs.

Gliscor Needs 72 Speed evs. You could replace toxic for ice fang because those levitate users and flying types dont completely wall you. If you run 72 speed ev's you can sucessfully use the sub + protect combo and heal the damage from making a substitute. If the person doesn't break the substitute then you can use an attacking move.

Good kyurem black set.

Overall I give this team in a scale of 1-10, 8. Nicely done.
