Please don't judge the team because of the Pokemon used, I don't like standard and it works.

Introduction

So recently I was going through some old teams and came across a hail team of mine that had been possibly my favorite team of all time. It played very well and though I did not count my win ratio/laddering success back then, I know i won 80% of my battles at least. So I took a good look at it and decided to go to my Smogon thread and look at the advice seen as I had received no advice on my db Rmt. The advice wasn't incredibly team changing but it helped. With some advice, member changes and complete role/set changes I have managed to revamp my team. It plays similar in a very different way and has kept the perfect type synergy. There are still some notable threats but none that are not workable around. :')

Da Replay

Before I start I have a battle replay of my first battle with the team. I know the opponent wasn't great but you know I played pretty decent with some nice predictions and that. Though I haven't tested my team more than that battle yet :L I have found one battle in an hour which kinda sucks, I guess Dw Ou isn't as popular as it used to be, and you can tell that by the fact that after my first battle (considering I did get over 300 for winning) I am sitting at 84th on the ladder for Dw Ou. So yeah my current win to loss ration is 1-0.... Anyway enjoy my replay.

The Team

>You have perfect type synergy and all that jazz

So Yeah I'm done for the most part, as said I have weaknesses, as do all teams. They can easily be worked around. For an example Scarf Terrakion can kill off half of my team but depending on what its locked into I can switch into Zapdos or Hippowdon and if its a CBand holder then Starmie has no problems dealing with it. The overall synergy is very good with a balance between Offence and defense, making the team pretty well balanced. The type synergy couldn't really be much better and is partly why the team is as successful as it is, after all would lets say Hariyama work well in any other situation?

All the Pokemon have set roles and have reasoning behind them.

Abomasnow
Choice Band hits very hard as no Pokemon on my team really has the ability to rip holes in the opponents team without support. A defensive variant isn't needed. Though it would be more practical for a weather inducer to be "bulky", I need that extra damage and my team in its self is rather bulky though that is kind of irrelevant.

Hippowdon
Well though I may change to fully Defensive to sponge the Terrakion hits better a Sand Force set works brilliant on a Hail team as Sand has so much trouble dealing with it. Let alone killing it. It can 3 Hko Ferrothorn after seeded. I have Hippowdon for rocks as well. it also fits into the team very nicely giving me some needed resistances.

Hariyama
Yes Hariyama in Ou, I mean why not? It may have terrible Def but it has monster Hp and a great move pool, complimented by a very nice attack stat. Thanks to thick fat he is my common switch in on Fire and Ice attacks, Forcing some nice switches as Pokemon like Heatran can't touch him. Also a nice counter to Tyranitar and has priority Bullet Punch that helps nail Terrakion and other annoying threats.

Regice
Regice is usually overshadowed by Walrein and why? Because its unreleased. It may not have the the Fire resistance Walrein has but it does have 364/328/436 for Defensive stats. Also has doesn't have to switch on the electric and grass attacks its faced with. Most special fire moves don't even OHKO. Some don't even 3HKO after protecting. Its such a good special wall and completely out stalls half of the tier. Its Satk isn't bad either and that helps it land the KOs quicker. 1/8 HP each turn with protect to stall is pretty sexy.

Starmie
My spinner and offensive water type. This time I'm running a more reliable set as I can't keep switching in to take Toxics and Hail damage with possible hazards to be then killed by my own life orb. Psychic is over Thunderbolt and Ice Beam in this situation because otherwise Bulk Up Toxicorak walls my team and though most would use Psyshock BU variants could be a pain to deal with still.

Zapdos
Physically defensive completely shuts down volt turning teams which usually also happens to lead to there whole team collapsing, so that's nice. Thunder Wave is used over Toxic for the same reason you would run T-Wave over Toxic on Xatu, I need to be the quicker Rooster.

Wow this is really long. Nice Work!
Thanks :3
Hariyama with Thick Fat(protect from Ice- and Fire-type moves) and is carrying a Fire- and Ice-type move(Fire Punch, Ice Punch) :D anyways your team seems good!
:3 thanks again.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
I don't see how Hippowdon provides any help with the Team.. Since Volca isn't used much, Spikes became more popular now. Weezing seems to help when walling Terrak, and has Clear Smog. I suggest you replace the Hippo with something that takes abuse to hail.
I see what you mean but Hippowdon has nice synergy and the ability to completely wall most of a standard sand team which usually gives me problems. Terrakions a threat to all teams and though a Pokemon like weezing still can take some damage with no real means of reliable recovery. It becomes almost set up bait. Stealth rock is very useful and is used over a spiker as this team forces a lot of switches as well as only one spiker takes no damage from hail if I do not decide to give sturdy. It gives nothing to the team and can take no where nere as many hits as Hippowdon on the special side.
Why do you have Speed EVs on Hippowdon?!
Out sped Chansey while it was in Ou
