As we discussed, I think this team has a fair spot of trouble with Electric/Flying types (Zapdos and by relationship Thundurus-T). Genesect is so far your best counter to Thundurus-T, although if it switches in on a Thunderbolt it takes 62.5% - 73.5% damage. So it is finding it hard to switch in on Thundurus-T, while also being unable to KO a full health Scarfed Thundurus as Thundurus-T takes only 79.6% - 93.6% damage from Ice Beam without a +1 boost. And if Genesect is taken down, Thundurus-T won't even need a Scarf in order to sweep your team.
Now, as I said on chat, the best way to fix this is probably going to be replacing Vaporeon for Gastrodon. Just watch out for an odd HP Grass!
If you want to be able to deal with HP Grass running Thundurus/Zapdos, your best bet would be to replace one of your guys for a Hydreigon or Haxorus. Hydreigon can replace the Chandelure who is very cheap or Haxorus can replace the Meloetta who is powerful in the Piroutte form, but not cheap because it requires a turn of set up, just like any old Salamence does. But CHandelure is cheap. :P
Then I would suggest giving Chandelure 4 SpDef over HP so Genesect isn't given any more favorable Special Attack boosts.
So not many problems with this team.
