For a sun team I would take out Salamence and put in Victini.

Venusaur is a dangerous sun sweeper. Give it sleep powder and Giga drain/solar beam and it will be very Dangerous. Also you need a rain counter and a sand counter so try to work on that. PX ;)

Ok here are the two suggestion I will make to this team.

Replace Salamence, Period.

Replace with either

Victini@Life Orb

Ability: Victory Star

EV's: 252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 SpDef
Nature: Jolly

Quick Attack - Get rid of those pokemon with that little bit of HP left
U-Turn - Scouting and coverage
Bolt Strike - Good move and coverage
V-Create - The ULTIMATE move for a sun team

Also deals with threats like Infernape(mentioned by Kronos in comments).

Ability: Clorophyll

EV's: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 SpDef
Nature: Calm

Moveset:
Giga Drain - HP restore, STAB
Leech Seed - Perefect move for such a bulky support
Sludge Bomb - Stab, deals with grass types you have problems with
Protect - Restore some HP with Leech Seed and Leftovers

Wall. Plain and simple. The ability will take use of the sun.

I would change the chesto berry on Ninetales into a Flame Plate or Life Orb, to (a) increase fire type moves or (b) power up moves. And change Rest into Solarbeam.
Ninetales isn't bulky enough to take full advantage of rest(Trust me I speak from experience). Whereas Solarbeam counters ALL of Ninetales weaknesses, and with sunny Day and high speed gets them before they get her.
