0 speed on Forretress and yet it doesn not even help forretress.
He originally had Gyro Ball > Counter. He must have forgot to change it.
That was what I thought
OMGGGGG Dragon Dance + Dragon Tail (always moves last) / ExtremeSpeed (always moves first) :P

Nice team but straight away I've noticed a problem that may not have occurred to you nor Marzipan. Basically excluding Ninetales you have one Pokemon abusing sun. This is a pretty large problem as Ninetales is not a Pokemon fit for UU environment let alone OU. Drought is all that is going for it. This means you really need to be abusing the sun as much as you can because if you have weather control you have a major advantage. Though if not your almost fighting a team of 6 with a team of 5. This means Ninetales requires allot of support. Support that Skarmory, Dragonite and Gyarados just are not providing.

Ninetales
enter image description here
Ninetales @ Leftovers
Trait: Drought
EVs: 136 Spd / 120 Def / 252 HP
Timid Nature
- Sunny Day
- Will-O-Wisp
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Fighting]/Energy Ball/Hidden Power Ice/Protect

So setting up with Ninetales eh? Setting up with your very frail MVP is a death sentence. It just baits Pokemon in like Heatran. Not only that but it is your weather setter. It needs to be switching in and out constantly not stay in to be walled by half the meta. Ninetales has the unfortunate 2x Stealth Rock weakness which means a more defensive approach is the best option in today's current meta at least. This set is focused on extending the durability of the Pokemon to ensure the weather is up when ever possible. It also allows it to switch into common attacks and burn Pokemon that would previously threaten your team. The last slot always annoys me. Personally I would use Protect on the basis it will stall extra burn damage, receive extra healing and most important scout. If the opponent sends in Tyranitar what do you do? Switch obviously right? Wrong. Tyranitar gets the blessing of stab pursuit though Tyranitar is rarely ever seen not using choice items anymore. This means you can Protect first turn. If He pursuits you can hope he is locked into it and then burn him. If not its free to switch no worries. HP Ice nails dragons and HP fight does a reasonable chunk to both Tyranitar and Heatran. Energy Ball is a reliable source of grass coverage and means you don't have to waste a turn setting up sun if needed as if the opponents Politoed is scarfed your likely going to loose.

Skarmory
enter image description here
If I remember reading correctly Marzipan stated along the lines of it isn't doing much for the team. I have to agree with that. It offers nothing more than Forretress does. For this reason he needs to be sacked.

You seem to have a gaping weakness to Rock Polish Landorus who is becoming more and more popular in the tier. You also struggle to deal with its terrain form and Salamance.
I highly recommend you trying out my replacement and I'm sure anyone bothering to read will know who it is already.

enter image description here
Mamoswine @ Choice Band
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Ice Shard
- Icicle Crash
- Stone Edge

Alternatively you could run a Stealth Rock set and Spikes on Forretress so comment or just simply look on Smogon if you need it. Though for the reason Mamoswine will be a huge asset to the team I ran Choice Band due to the fact the Stealth Rocking sets purpose is to set up rocks and die...
Jolly is needed in order to beat max speed jolly Breloom in the priority race.

Dragonite
enter image description here
Dragonite @ Lum Berry
Trait: Multiscale
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Fire Punch
- Dragon Claw
- Roost/Earthquake

This set would benefit you more. It deals with allot of threats that you previously didn't. But to be fair your previous set dealt with nothing, no offence lol. Lum Berry means that any burn, paralyses or toxic is not a problem. If your not running Earthquake run Adamant. Just because with Adamant it is out sped by Timid HpIce Heatran which you have no means of staying in for anyway. Superpower could alternatively be used for balloon tran but then again Equake hits much more.

Forretress
enter image description here
Forretress @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 40 SAtk / 216 Def
Relaxed Nature
IVs: 0 Spd
- Rapid Spin
- Stealth Rock
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Gyro Ball

At first this set may seem odd but in reality it is the best set out there. Volt Switch can be used but it hits nothing but Politoed and even then it doesn't hit it very hard. Its just an easy prediction for the opponent of switching in Thundurus-T setting up an Agility, Nasty Plot, Sub or just a Tbolt/Thunder on what ever you are forced to hard switch in. If you do choose to run the Mamoswine set that dedicates itself to rocks then you can run two options over Stealth Rock. A.Spikes B.Pain Split. With Pain Split it can spin for longer and is what I would recommend over Spikes but I would personally keep the current Mamo and Forre set I have given. Gyro Ball nails Terrakion who walks over your team while also hitting any speedy Pokemon switching in like Infernape pretty hard. Hidden Power Ice is what makes this set. Due to Forretress being the best counter to everything that is weak to Ice, Why not run HP Ice? with the investment in SAtk and the 2-4x damage it can land the kos and catch any opponent off guard.

Sawsbuck
I guess Ben suggested him right ;)
enter image description here
Now this looks good though my problem with Sawsbuck is the fact it only has Chlorophyll to abuse. It really requires a Swords Dance in order for it to dent the same kind of holes its other fellow chlorophyll abusers can. This is why for my chlorophyll abuser I use Victrebell.
Most people tend to use Venasaur as it is slightly more bulky and has better speed. Though Victrebell gets something Venasaur can only ever wish for. Weather Ball. This allows it to run Hp Ice and weather ball rather than Venasaurs unfortunate choice of being forced into one Hp or another.

Now I hate to leave you hanging but I will be replacing Gyarados and Smogon for me is currently down. I need it for these two Pokemon I have in mind. One being Rotom-W the other being a Pokemon quite epic and one I have seen be used to great effect, that can benefit from sun as well as counter Rain and sand. So unfortunately I will finish later. I hope you like the answer up to this point, I spent ages on it :) Why I ramble on so much IDK. This should be finished by tomorrow, sorry for any inconvenience.

Ninetales @ Leftovers
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Sp. Atk, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
Flamethrower
Solarbeam
Will-O-Wisp
Sunny Day/ Calm Mind

Will-O-Wisp for Attack drop (so it won't take that much damage from Waterfall), Clam Mind for SP. def boost, or Sunny day if you want to counter a Politoed switch in.

image
Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Spd
Roost
Whirlwind
Brave Bird
Stealth Rock

You already have a spiker in the form of Forrestress. Also, Skarmory is susceptible to Taunt with your current set. You can choose to make Skarmory specially defensive if you want, since it already has a base def of 140.

image
Forretress
Ability: Sturdy
Nature:
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp. Def, 4 Def
Rapid Spin
Spikes
Toxic Spikes
Volt Switch/ Gyro Ball

I don't see much point in counter; most of the moves Forrestress will be facing are special moves like Flamethrower and Surf, since most people know that it's a physical wall. Either go with Volt Switch to deal some damage when switching out, or Gyro Ball for max speed difference damage.

image
Dragonite @ Leftovers/ Lum Berry
Ability: Multiscale
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed
Substitue/ Roost
Dragon Dance
Outrage/ Dragon Claw
Earthquake/ Extremespeed

If you're putting Dragon Dance on your Dragonite, there is no point in putting Dragon Tail on it. If you want it to be a para shifter, invest EVs in its defences/ HP and take out Dragon Dance. There is no merit in Dragon Dance/ Dragon Tail, since you will be going last all the time, which gives your opponent an opportunity to Ice Beam you. Extremespeed gives no STAB, so your opponent will be able to take the hit (on something like Porygon2 with Eviolite).

image
Sawsbuck @ Life Orb
Ability: Chlorophyll
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Atk, 4HP
Swords Dance
Horn Leech
Return
Nature Power

Your main Sun rival is Venusaur (Jumpluff will sleep powder you, but it won't sludge bomb you); at 252 EVs Sawsbuck will outspeed it. Jump Kick is resisted and has a crash recoil, so best go with Return for STAB. Nature Power is there to deal with Fire Types.

Imo, Gyarados doesn't fit well on this team... in Sun Waterfall will only be half as powerful even with Dragon Dance (if you manage to set it up), and against a Rain Team it will have little advantage, especially since many Rain teams carry past Thunder sweepers like Jolteon, which will outspeed it even after 1 dragon dance. Against a Sand Team, Gyarados will manage against Hippowdon, but Tyranitar will be able to Stone Edge it.

If you need a rain and sand counter, go with Gastroon and Storm Drain. It will not get buffeted by sand, take no damage from water attacks, and if it faces a grass type, you already have other Pokemon to deal with them.

Gastrodon @ Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP, 4 SpA, 252 Sp. Def
Nature: Sassy
Earth Power
Scald
Toxic
Recover

Basic Gastrodon set; specially defensive tank.

Also, I would replace Skarmory for something else, maybe Venusaur, and put Stealth Rock on Forretress instead. You don't need two entry hazard set ups.

by
Just to note. Does Gastrodon really counter rain and sand? It may stop Pokemon like Thundurus-T in its tracks but that's just an easy opportunity to switch into Ferrothorn and either Leech Seed/Paralyse the switch in, Power Whip for the 2hko unless its running more than standard investment in Atk or just start stacking hazards. Hazards the team hates. It may sponge Politoeds Hydro Pumps but over time it will become to predictable, and tbh right from the preview its an obvious prediction. This means your likely to have a HP Grass coming your way. Also there are some variants of Politoed I believe that run a Specs/Scarf set with no choice item. Also Water gem Politoed is becoming increasingly popular and really helps in this situation, where your tricked into believing its choice specs. As for Tyranitar most variations similar to Politoed suit the Ou hyper offensive play style. This means after some spikes and rocks a Cband crunch has a nice chance of a Ko. Unfortunately Gastrodon is becoming more set up fodder nowadays :(
Blob most Politoed's nowadays also carry Toxic.
By personal experience, I've always found Gastrodon to be a nice addition to a sun team, along with Jellicent. I think Gastrodon is superior on a sun team mainly because it can function better in sun with Earth Power. I mean, if you say Gastrodon is predictable then most things on any weather team are predictable. I just feel that there needs to be a sponge on this team, rather than having Gyarados. It's defences are mediocre, but the x4 weakness to electric is so crippling that one STAB electric move will end it. At least Gastrodon can act as a buffer, even if it might be short lived.

Though, maybe Flame Orb Milotic would give a better rain counter. Then again, Thundurus-T carries Grass Knot, and sometimes it's not Choice locked, so either way any water type is susceptible to whatever a Rain Team can throw at you.
