This team is a great one, only stopped by hax which ATD was kind enough to do with her Infernape. This team is 7-1, and i shall add descriptions later. But my team is a pretty unusual one, thats for sure. When the descriptions happen... you all shall understand the meaning of this team...
Politoed
Politoed @ Leftovers
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Ice Beam
- Hypnosis
- Perish Song

This set works great. Ben was talking about not being original, so I made my own un-original Politoed. Scald is the bane of Physical attackers and that is burn. Hypnosis rarely fails me and when the opponent is asleep, I can kill them.Perish Song can force an opponent to switch and I can get some hard attacks on them.
Jirachi
Jirachi @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature
- Doom Desire
- Thunderbolt
- U-turn
- Ice Punch

The most unpredictable part of my team, this pokemon can destroy walls and damage all others. If Celibi comes in and Baton passes, my oppnent has absolutely no chance of winning.Doom Desire. That move is POWERFUL. 140 base power is nothing to scoff about. Most trainers forget about this move, and that is a bad idea. It hits when my opponent leasts expects it.Ice punch kills dragons, and Thunderbolt is a suprising move for Jirachi, and kills that Gyrados.U-turn is to scout and switch, And gets kills sometimes.
Gastrodon
Gastrodon (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Amnesia
- Earth Power
- Scald
- Recover

Gliscor
Gliscor (M) @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 184 HP / 252 Atk / 72 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Fire Fang
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang
- Swords Dance

Celebi
Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Giga Drain
- Psychic
- Baton Pass
- Nasty Plot

Magnezone
Magnezone @ Air Balloon
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Substitute
- Volt Switch
- Flash Cannon
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Its 4:00 am, do this later... If you want to battle this team battle it.

Awesome team, Kronos.
Why did anyone downvote? Who downvoted??
I upvoted back, chillax gdi.
I asked for an upvote... my bad. Looks like i shouldnt. Sorry guys.
Doom Desire is bad.
Not for me... Jirachi is mainly a late-game sweeper. But Doom Desire plus Baton passed Nasy Plot can will hurt. Remember, that 140 base power is all I really think this move is good. If it had  100 or less, I never would have used it.
Won't the BP'ing and Jirachi go to waste if you have to wait two turns to attack, Kronos?
Doom Desire hits at the beginning of the 3rd turn. This gives your opponent enough time to switch to a Pokemon with a Steel resistance (Magnezone being the prime example due to steel damage of x1/4) or a wall (which isn't hard since steel is only x2 against Ice and Rock).

Conclusion: moves that need to charge/ more than 1 turn to deal damage are not worth it, at a BP of 140 or not.
amnesia >.> not stockpile? magnezone has a role at trapping steels and killing them so put magnet pull recover is better than baton pass on celebi because your teamates don't need it as well as celebi can utilize it.
if you want me to hate that jirachi at least make me hate it right :c doom desire makes me like it more cause it gives me the opportunity to pwn it without getting flinched by the damn iron head of his c:

So as Marzipan said you are not abusing the rain. Now that's not so much of a problem with Politoed having a nice niche in Ou outside of Drizzle unlike Ninetales, but you are not abusing rain in places where you should be or could be. Because of how the teams built I actually will not be able to fix this problem so much but the suggestions made hopefully will help balance out the team.

The synergy of the team is nice though changes will have to be made because though the synergy is nice three Pokemon are dead weight on the team and offer nothing to your offense and even defense for the most part. This is partly to do with how they preform and also the sets they are running which are honestly not so great.

Sets will be below

enter image description here
Politoed
So currently your team is just sat on by a simple Gastrodon and Heatran core. So I would run Toxic over Hypnosis. This way you can wear Gastrodon and other Pokemon that otherwise just wall you outside of steel typing. You still have Perish Song to prevent Latias and Reuncluss setting up. Another change you could make is Protect over Ice Beam. Protect helps scout what the opponent is going to do and really helps when you know the opponent is choiced. It also helps stall with Toxic and Leftovers. Ice beam is not needed on the set seeing as your running defensive. If your worried about Dragonite Toxic is a nice move to cripple it along with Scald and its 100% burn rate...

Changes
Toxic > Hypnosis
Protect > Ice Beam

I'm not going to lie I really don't like this set. Sure Doom Desire has a nice 140 BP but considering it takes 3 turns to hit you may as well just run Iron Head which really abuses it's ability. Doom Desire is the only real thing setting Jirachi back here and I highly suggest you loose it. There is not one single argument for why Doom Desire is better.

Your team also lacks a form of entry hazards which is a must in Ou to stop threats like Volcarona constantly switching in. Now your two main candidates here are Jirachi and Celebi both of which can very successfully run a nice special defensive set. Now because Celebi is such a sturdy wall in the current meta I am not going to run rocks on it as it would really appreciate the free slot. Instead I will be replacing Gliscor and Gastrodon for Landorus-T. Now because your team is so bulky I am starting to wonder if your missing out on some much needed offense.

For this I recommend ScarfRachi who is a solid late game sweeper and revenge killer.

Changes
ScarfRachi > Current Rachi

enter image description here
Gastrodon
Honestly what is it doing here? Its a one man band offering nothing to the team. The set isn't even taking full advantage of its potential. You already have one solid switch in to Water attacks in Celebi who also isn't broken my a Politoeds clever prediction going for the common HP Grass. It offers no support in Toxic and is pretty open to it itself. You will always be out stalled by any Toxic staller and Ferrothorn.

enter image description here
For this reason I highly suggest running Landorus-T. It can set up rocks and has decent synergy with the team. A Defensive pivot set would be my recommendation.

Changes
DP Landorus-T > Gastrodon

enter image description here
Gliscor
Gliscor is your second Pokemon who is not so welcome on the team. The set will be not hitting very hard even at +2. Your not abusing its solid defense, apart from the fact its loosing its popularity in Ou due to new threats.
enter image description here
The lack of Ice coverage is noticeable so Mamoswine seems to be a solid replacement. It deals with Landorus and Thundurus-T who really trolls with the team.

Changes
Mamoswine > Gliscor

enter image description here
Celebi
Celebi is the final member who is dead weight on the team. It has a really good solid place on the team but your not abusing that. Instead your using a NP Baton Pass set which isn't great with the amount of speedy U-turners there are. Instead I highly recommend a Special Defensive set. If used correctly it can wall entire teams. It is by far one of the best walls in the tier at the moment and your team really would appreciate its ability to walls Specs Keldeo as nothing else really fancies taking a Specs Hydro Pump. This change would be one of the most beneficial to the team.

Changes
Special Defensive > NP BP

enter image description here
Magnezone
This set fits nicely on the team. Though personally I prefer a Choice Specs set to abuse Volt Turn and hit everything for kos with Thunder. Though your current set is fine. Your spread whereas is maybe not so great. Run a more offensive spread with enough speed to at least out speed Scizor and SAtk investment to actually land Kos.

Changes
More offensive ev spread.

Importable considering all changes are taken into account/Sets

Politoed @ Leftovers
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Protect
- Perish Song
- Toxic

Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Iron Head
- Ice Punch
- U-turn
- ThunderPunch/Trick

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 200 HP / 64 Atk / 244 Def
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn
- Stone Edge/Superpower/Hidden Power Ice

Mamoswine @ Choice Band
Trait: Thick Fat
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 Def
Jolly Nature

- Ice Shard
- Stone Edge
- Superpower

Celebi @ Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 20 Spd / 252 HP / 236 SDef
Calm Nature
- Baton Pass
- Recover
- Giga Drain
- Thunder Wave

Magnezone @ Leftovers
Trait: Magnet Pull
EVs: 92 Spd / 252 SAtk / 164 HP
Modest Nature
- Thunder
- Substitute
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Flash Cannon

This actually looks like a very solid team. Any sets your confused about just let me know.
But for now Magnezones speed evs lets it out speed scizor and standard Poli as you don't want to take a Hydro Pump, even with the resistance it does a lot. Celebi has Baton Pass as an alternative to U-turn so it doesn't get trapped by Scizors and Tyranitars pursuit. It also plays very nicely when the opponent switches as instead of switching yourself you can choose your Pokemon knowing what your up against. Mamo needs max speed so Mach Punch Breloom doesn't screw it over.

Overall I really like the new team :3 good job on the first team and the nice win to loss ratio. I highly recommend you take some of these if not all of these suggestions into account.

HP Fire in the rain won't be KOing Ferrothorn very quickly, and it'll be like a 2HKO on Scizor, meaning if it isn't choiced it may have a chance to Superpower.
I believe it does ohko Scizor in rain but Substitute is there for that reason. It lets it finish the kill with a sub in tact. Most scizors are choiced anyway so Superpower isn't really a threat.
http://www.pokemonshowdown.com/replay/ou10478312 I got around to using the team. This was the first battle against a half decent opponent
Thanks, Nice idea. This is why I wait for BA.
HP Fire doesn't OHKO Scizor in Rain, it doesn't even 3HKO Ferro iirc.
wheres toxicroak? :c

I'm not sure why you have Politoed on this team, since nothing really benefits from Rain. You've made both Politoed and Gastrodon physically defensive with no investment in their offences.

image
Politoed @ Leftovers
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Sp. Atk
Nature:
Scald
Perish Song
Hypnosis
Protect

Protect so your Politoed can wall a few things.

I like how you say that Jirachi is the most unpredictable part of your team when your opponent can predict precisely when Doom Desire hits and switch to a Pokemon to take that attack.

You're not taking advantage of Jirachi's Serene Grace; you might as well use Thunder for 100% accuracy in Rain and 60% paralysis, then Iron Head your opponent into oblivion.

image
Jirachi @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 100 HP, 128 Atk/ Sp. Atk, 128 Sp. Def, 154 Speed
Nature: Jolly
Thunder
Iron Head
Substitute/ Water Pulse
Wish

Water Pulse isn't as stupid a move as it seems, since it has 40% confusion chance with Seren Grace. Also, EV investment in your offences isn't crucial because this set aims to paraflinch rather than sweep in one or two moves.

If you want Gastrodon to wall, then Stockpile > Amnesia (as it was suggested), since its defence is mediocre (at best), even with 252 EV and positive nature. Then again, you don't really need Stockpile because you have Recover, and you'd switch out when facing a grass type in any case.

image
Gastrodon @ Leftovers
Ability: Storm Drain
EVs: 252 HP, 200 Def, 76 Sp. Def
Nature: Bold
Ice Beam/ Stockpile
Recover
Scald
Earthquake

While Toxic Orb is appealing for Gliscor, I sometimes use Flying Gem Acrobatics instead, keeping the Poison Heal ability. If you do get Poisoned then hey, bonus. So many teams carry Blissey that it wouldn't be uncommon for you to be poisoned.

image
Gliscor @ Flying Gem/ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Speed, 4 Def
Swords Dance
Acrobatics/ Facade
Earthquake
Ice Fang

Like it was said, the rest of your team doesn't really need Celebi to Baton Pass to them. Additionally, you've made no investment in defences, which means one U-Turn from Scizor or Pursuit from Tyranitar will cripple Celebi.

image
Celebi @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 200 Speed, 56 HP
Nature: Modest
Leaf Storm/ Giga Drain
Psychic
HP Fire
U-Turn/ Recover

HP Fire in case your Magnezone is KO'd.

Again, like it was suggested, Magnezone's main role in OU is Scizor trapping. This is particularly useful because Celebi has a x4 Bug weakness.

image
Magnezone @ Leftovers
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 220 Speed, 36 HP
Nature: Timid
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt/ Thunder
- HP Fire
- Flash Cannon

Thanks... I'll wait a bit for BA. and I will keep Cleibi's set. Thanks though.
