Dark/Ghost weak. Chandelure can wreck this team, especially if it's scarfed. And it can do major damage to Empoleon.
You have massive synergy problems as mentioned making this team death fodder for a Honchkrow.
Chandys set is messed up. Sure Lagging Tail gives the opponent -priority but is it worth wasting a turn tricking it (if you do have that turn before being ko'd). Trick is usually for Choice users as it screws over pokemon that can't use choice items such as walls and to abolish the one move rule in late game. Lagging tail is doing nothing but hindering yourself.
