Pokémon Rate My Team

So School officially lets out tomorrow for me, and I decided to post an RMT here to celebrate a bit. So this isn't a celebration team, but I felt like posting it because I have nothing to do and stuff. So let me give you some replays to start off with:

Replay #1 (Awkward Avatar)

Replay #2 (Forfeit lika boss)

Replay #3 (Nub Pokemons)

So the reason my ranking is so low is because of the DDoS attack that apparently wiped Showdown of everyone's rankings, which sucks, because I was this close " " so getting 1700 in OU :( And now I have to start back at the low rankings. Anyway the people in the replay's weren't bad, but they were the only ones that I can get for now at least.

So now I'll talk a little bit about the team. So this team started off as another one of my pretty successful OU teams made up for Politoed, Sharpedo, Latios, Ferrothorn, Gengar, and Conkeldurr. Unfortunately I never made an RMT for it, which stinks. But maybe some of you will remember it, I certainly battled many many people with it, and it did fairly well. But it wasn't as good as I had hoped, mainly because it was Hyper Offensive-ish with only Ferrothron and kind of Politoed as walls/tanks. Also the reason was that priority could kill it pretty easily. So I changed some Pokemon. Here's what I did:

  1. Politoed, Latios, and Ferrothorn stayed the same, and they probably will never change unless something better comes up.
  2. I changed Sharpedo for Tentacruel, mainly because I needed another Pokemon to wall of Close Combat Terrakion (Latios wasn't going to cut it) and also to counter Banded Scizor. The only thing Sharky did was to provide fast support, and after Mach Punch Conk and Ape got more and more common in my battles, Sharpedo went out and in came Tentacruel.
  3. Gengar was my scarfer, and yes it was good, but like I said my team was kind of a little weak to priority, and while Landorus wasn't exactly countering them (especially Ice Shard) it does provide more support and also an electric counter. Plus it has more bulk. Scarf Lando isn't exactly slow, getting momentum with U-Turn and outspeeding Alakazam without getting killed because of that sash.
  4. And lastly Conkeldurr gave way to Infernape, because Conkeldurr is so slow and can't outspeed anything anyway. And while it doesn't sweep teams, it didn't cut the almost-final. I might change back, but I needed fast priority, not slow bulk. So Infernape came in.

Anyway those are the changes I made to my team, so let's talk of why I made this team. So it started out as an idea for another rain team, and also a test for to see if this one might actually work for once. I always use my standard Politoed, because Protect/Toxic stalling is so baws. Tentacruel isn't exactly the most creative either, and for a while I tried Sludge Bomb > Scald. Nuh uh. Nope. It didn't counter Ferro's, Gengar's, and it didn't exactly counter Toxicroak either. So Scald it is. I also was in need to a spinner, because I really hate SR. (Even though nothing on my team takes huge damage from it) My kind of not really MVP of this team is my scarfed Landorus. So it doesn't really do much damage itself, but I use it when most Pokemon are low on HP, and ba-bam, KO. I used U-Turn so get out of the all so famous Wobbufett, and also to avoid getting smashed by Alakazam. But the MVP move of my MVP Pokemon (kind of, not really) is Hidden Power Ice. It hits a lot of dragon's most notably Scarf Salamence, who has a base of 100 Speed while Lando has 101. Mind Blown. It can also hit Gliscor's, who basically think they can wall this guy JK I'm dead. HP Ice is basically a OHKO. Infernape was needed to counter Terrakion's, who can last minute sweep this team. It is also my main Ferro counter. I gave Ape Expert Belt because it's a great Scarf/Band bluffer. AND it powers up Mach Punch for SE on Terrakion (not that it needs it)

With that said I don't think I can the team on this box, until the 8000 character limit goes away. Not with descriptions and sprites and all that jazz. So yes my team is the answer.

Oh! And also please only upvote either the question or the answer, I don't really care which, but keep in mind they are one.

iToed (Politoed) @ Leftovers
enter image description here
Trait: Drizzle
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Perish Song
- Protect
- Surf
- Toxic

My standard Politoed, it's basically Toxic Stall with Surf as a more powerful variant of Scald (no burn unfortunately) and Perish Song can just say GG. I honesly like the SpD defensed of Politoed better, it allows me to live 2 Volt Switches or more from Rotom-W :) It also means that I can survive Alakazam and other Scarfed Special Pokemon (Gengar) and hit back pretty hard. Anyway this is my standard Poli, nothing all that special.

iSquid (Tentacruel) (M) @ Black Sludge
enter image description here
Trait: Rain Dish
EVs: 240 Def / 252 HP / 16 SDef
Bold Nature
- Protect
- Toxic
- Scald
- Rapid Spin

My epic wall of Scizor-Get-Your-Face-Out-Of-Here. It literally counters everything Scizor does. It can also counter Scarf Terrakion pretty hard, while Scarf can burn everything, but for some reason while the burn chance is 30, for me it's like 2% and for others it's like 98%. Anyway this is Toxic Stall #2, as it is also my spinner, staller, and did I mention it was my Scizor counter?
____

iPower (Latios) (M) @ Choice Specs
enter image description here
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Thunder
- Psyshock
- Surf

Specs Latios does a ton of damage. Nuff said. Draco Meteor hits so hard... It literally 2HKO's anything that doesn't resist and most of the time it can OHKO anyway. Thunder can abose Rain a lot and KO's them waters. Psyshock takes care of them fightings and Tentacruels. Surf if just a powerful move that can hit steels hard.

iHurtzU (Ferrothorn) @ Rocky Helmet
enter image description here
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 244 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def / 8 Atk
Impish Nature
- Leech Seed
- Power Whip
- Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock

Awesome Ferrothorn, right here. Leech Seed can get back my health, because I unfortunately don't have lefties so I can't really get back HP any other way. Power Whip provides me with some kind of attack and also can get rid of bulky waters. T-Wave is so obvious on a Ferrothorn, as is Stealth Rock.
_____

iGenie (Landorus) (M) @ Choice Scarf
enter image description here
Trait: Sheer Force
EVs: 8 SAtk / 248 Spd / 252 Atk
Naive Nature
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Superpower

Scarfer of the team. EQ is my main STAB, killing off un-resisting Pokemon. U-Turn hits Celebi and also the non-scarfed Lati twins. Superpower comes in as a death blow to air balloon heatran and also sometimes Ferrothorn. HP ICe is the wild card of this set, killing of Gliscor.

iApe (Infernape) @ Expert Belt
enter image description here
Trait: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Mach Punch
- ThunderPunch
- Close Combat
- Flare Blitz

Expert Belt is a great choice faker. Mach Punch just kills Terrakion. ThunderPunch > Stone Edge because Stone Edge never hits, also this can take some HP out of OU's bulky waters. CC is a must have, as is Flare Blitz. (even in rain it hits hard)
