You have low amounts of energy, too many types of energy, and also five Plasma Energy, where four is the max.
First, the Pokemon. You can't even use Black Kyurem's attacks, so we'll take that out. Moltres is not a good EX card, and we need to lessen the number of types in the deck. While a tri-color deck can work (I've pulled a few off before) it isn't the best idea for a new player. We'll remove Keldeo, which is a card that fits in with Rain Dance more than a dual color deck. I'm also removing Lugia, mainly because it requires a bit more help to work to the best of its ability and also so we can have a different, easier to use EX. We'll then remove Jellicent and Frillish, since they aren't all that great. Bouffalant, Manaphy, and Druddigon can also be removed.
Now, we're left with Torterra and Beartic. The most obvious thing about this is the high retreat cost of Torterra and Beartic. Thankfully, there is an easy solution to that problem. Glaceon http://serebii.net/card/plasmafreeze/023.shtml decreases the retreat cost of all Plasma Pokemon by two. So have two of them out and Torterra and Beartic can retreat all they want. We then need a bit of Basic might. Kyurem http://serebii.net/card/plasmafreeze/031.shtml is bulky and can do nice damage to the foe. Shaymin http://serebii.net/card/boundariescrossed/010.shtml can be used to get out Basics. The might of Torterra and Beartic backed by Glaceon's ability and the impressive Basic bulk of Shaymin and Kyurem provides a strong force. We'll then add a couple of Articuno EX http://serebii.net/card/plasmastorm/132.shtml which can easily deal with an unprepared foe.
Okay, so next up is the Trainers. You have pretty awful Trainers right now. Let's take all of them out except for Colress. Now let's add some Shadow Triad http://serebii.net/card/plasmafreeze/102.shtml, Pokemon Catcher http://serebii.net/card/emergingpowers/095.shtml, Cilan http://serebii.net/card/nextdestinies/086.shtml, Pokemon Communication http://serebii.net/card/blackwhite/099.shtml, Skyla http://serebii.net/card/boundariescrossed/134.shtml, and a Computer Search http://serebii.net/card/boundariescrossed/137.shtml.
Shadow Triad get back not only any defeated Torterra, Glaceon, Kyurem, and Beartic, but it also gets back your Colress and Plasma Energy. This makes them an invaluable card for a Plasma heavy deck such as this one. Pokemon Catcher is quite simply the best Trainer. Add four whenever possible. Cilan is good to get energy and thin out the deck. Nothing I hate more than getting an Energy in my draw. Pokemon Communication and Computer Search both work to get cards you need. Skyla is used to get back Trainers, which is very handy is you want to use Catchers some more.
Finally for Energy, we can have Grass, Water, and two Plasma. Let's see what the deck looks like.
