Pokémon Rate My Team

After gen 4, I became quickly overwhelmed by the meta game switch. I took a long hiatus from the game and only recently am back. So I designed my team, not expecting a lot from it. I don't exactly have a high understanding of the meta due to no experience in it yet. So... Here's my team, and any experienced opinions will be much appreciated!

Sets are great :)
Just two suggestions.
-Gengar should either have Trick or should have a Giga Drain over Hidden Power [Ice].
-Conk should have a Flame Orb to make sure it lasts longer.
thanks guys! Trick would go really well on his set.  I'll definitely check  out giga  drain, as well! Flame orb it shall be!
Personally I like to use Conkeldurr as a Status Absorber. So you switch him in on an incoming status move such as Will-O-Wisp or Thunder Wave. I'll give you a couple sets in a few moments here.
Conkeldurr @ Expert Belt
Trait: Guts
EVs: 128 HP / 252 Atk / 128 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Mach Punch
- ThunderPunch

Or...

Conkeldurr @ Leftovers
Trait: Guts
EVs: 120 HP / 252 Atk / 136 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Substitute
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch
- Focus Punch

So whatever floats your boat tbh. I've used a few different sets, try throwing them around, test it out, see what you like.

*Lenub Edit: Jeez Kijanub, what's wrong with you, suggesting Serious Natures and crap :P
I  like the idea and  I'll  test it  out! my  only  concern  would  be  that a paralyzed conkeldurr would be less than ideal. So putting the orbs is a sure FIRE way to kick off its guts ability(pun  intended). But  I'm gonna test  out  both and see if a switch in  would have more synergy!
Your team may have issue with dragon types, specifically dragonite, salamence, latios and latias. They can each remove ferrothorn with their fire coverage, and the latter two have enough special bulk to take a hidden power ice and even a shadow ball before removing gengar with a psyshock or draco meteor, while being able to take on heatran with surf. Unless Conkeldurr carries ice punch or stone edge, dragonite and salamence can both set up on it with relative ease, with the same being the case for gastrodon, as many of them carry lum berry to avoid status. Other than the dragon threat it's a good looking team.
Duly noted on  the dragon  problem... Perhaps carry ice  punch  over Facade? what other options could I use?
Well cloyster, weavile and mamoswine are three powerful physical attackers capable of removing them with a prioritzed ice shard, no matter how many speed boosts they have. Similarly, Scizor resists their STAB can hit with a technican boosted bullet punch.  Ice Punch over facade can also work.  Do what works best for you so that your team reflects yourself.
I'd say Ice Punch > Payback on Conk.
Hmmm  I'll  give  that switch a chance!
Oh, this shall be fun rating :D
:O what do  you  mean?
Pointless comment I decided to edit because it was rude :) carry on
Umm pokemon white 2... I don't need a flying type. Where does it say anywhere you need a certain type? I have checks and counters to plenty so... I appreciate the attempt to help but 1:  you  didn't need to be rude and 2: if  you don't have anything valid to say, just don't. thank you.
Fighting types, which will typically carry a dark coverage move, may cause issue.
