Lugia is for stall, so you should give it multiscale. Recover is better than roost so you don't lose ground immunity. Thundurus' prankster is near pointless, nasty plot doesn't need priority, and volt absorb lets him regain health against a thunder. With no spinblocker, 3 hazards isn't the best idea. give Foretress explosion or U-Turn, explosion is usefull as a lead or against a powerful Pokemon. If you do add zekrom, Forretress can do voltturn with zekrom. I would remove palkia for zekrom, you have a revenge killer and a special sweeper, you need a physical sweeper more than a Draco meteor spammer.
