Its a well developed team. I agree with Poke'slash in that you need a spinner and his/her item suggestions were superior to the item currently held by Hydregion. Also I noticed you added speed EVs to all of your pokemon. That's fine but keep in mind that you can't outrun everyone unless you have a jolteon. I personally would spread EVs to defenses more than speed on some of those. Other than that very powerful team and being an enormous steel type fan I love the skarmory!
