Special Attacking Bastiodon? :c it's offensive stats are so low you aren't going to be killing anything unless it's Shedinja or something like that.

Excellent! I think the team is very put together. I just have suggestions for under half of your team. Give Altaria a choice scarf to boost speed as your lead. You don't need two stealth rock pokemon. I would replace Bibarel's with double team. This curse and double team combo with the ability simple offers an astronomical defensive advantage (You could even add focus punch to Bibarel in place of return). You don't have a spinner but that's perfectly fine for this team because spikes are ineffective. Watch out for stealth rocks though. Lastly, Shiftry needs some major reconstruction. You have tons of EVs dropped into attack and feature swords dance but you have dark pulse and giga drain in your arsenal. That's not good because they are special moves and are not influenced by your EVs and swords dance. Replace dark pulse with fake out (perfect for someone you think is holding a toxic/flame orb or just anyone that doesn't have resistance to it because it's free damage which is always good). And replace giga drain with a grass or dark physical move to get a 1.5x damage bonus and welcome the great attack stat plus swords dance. Great job with everything else.

Your question was likely downvoted because Scarf Altaria isn't a good option due to having too low offenses to make it work as well as being too slow a Pokemon to use as a Scarfer and Double Team is banned. You also make no  mention of the main problems of his team, which are his outclassed and overall weak Pokemon choices. Formatting also makes your question difficult to get information from. Give each Pokemon its own paragraph.

Double Team is banned. If you actually knew this then you wouldn't have put it in, indicating that you don't actually know that Double Team is banned in competitive battling which means by extension that you don't fully know everything about competitive battling on showdown. So i'd suggest reading some rules, maybe trying out the battling, then come back and rate it properly.
Now you do make some good points and you have some good ideas so i'd love to see you learn a bit more about battling because good battlers is something that sort of lacks here.
Also Altaria makes a terrible Scarfer.

You're not taking advise well at all so it would be kinda pointless to tell you... But as I said you need to know more about competitive battling and with that you didn't take the advise and your answers stayed the same. Thus making people dislike the quality and quantity in your answers.  Next time you should probably take a hint.

It's just not spelling and advice it's experience in the competivie feild and knowing what's good and what's not.
