My idea was simple, if manual weather, why not manual terrain? While a lot of people were using psy terrain, electric terrain stood out to me. A lot of somewhat viable sleep strategies exist, particularly vivillion+blastoise. Electric damage itself is also super effective into common threats like charizard-y, aerodactyl, milotic, basculegion, or peliper. Terrain lasts 25% longer than tr or tailwind, making it quite consistent. Overall I would like advice in terms of what to use in what matchups and maybe some better EVs as well.

Double Freeze (Froslass-Mega) @ Froslassite
Ability: Cursed Body
Level: 50
EVs: 32 SpA / 2 SpD / 32 Spe
Timid Nature
- Blizzard
- Shadow Ball
- Taunt
- Protect

I usually start with explaining my mega, so here we go. Ice and electric coverage is a really well known combination for good reason. In addition to dual stab and protect I went with taunt to improve my matchup into tr teams and other supportive mons.

Miniraidon (Raichu-Alola) (M) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Surge Surfer
Level: 50
EVs: 2 Atk / 32 SpA / 32 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Rising Voltage
- Volt Switch
- Psychic
- Fake Out

This is my electric terrain abuser. The combination of surge surfer and powerful moves including rising voltage compensate for otherwise very poor stats. A focus sash further increases the damage you can inflict on teams before going down. Fake out is great on leads, but I actually prefer keeping it in the back and using the next teammate to bring it in.

Ur cooked (Rotom-Heat) @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
Level: 50
EVs: 32 HP / 32 SpA / 2 Spe
Modest Nature
- Overheat
- Electric Terrain
- Electroweb / Will-O-Wisp
- Volt Switch

The only electric terrain setters available in champions are electric types. At the same time however, levitate means you don't have to double up on ground weaknesses. Heat is the best form on this team for a lot of useful resistances and a better matchup into certain steel types as well as consistent burst damage that comes up more than you might think. I can't decide on a supporting move, but volt switch is very useful in letting me follow up with raichu after a slow switch into it. Sitrus is very important as it makes my strategy much more consistent.

Prima Donna (Primarina) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Liquid Voice
Level: 50
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 32 HP / 32 SpA / 1 SpD / 1 Spe
Modest Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Moonblast
- Calm Mind
- Protect

I saw this mon and other water types pop up on teams with mega froslass. I don't bring it very often, so I would appreciate if someone explained what matchups to use it for or what else I need here.

Chomper (Garchomp) (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Rough Skin
Level: 50
EVs: 32 Atk / 2 Def / 32 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Stomping Tantrum
- Dragon Claw
- Rock Slide

I think garchomp is a great fit for the team. It has a partner to eq next to and choice scarf is just generally a good speed control item. These are the most common moves for choice scarf sets, but please mention if posion jab may be a good fit into any of these slots for somewhat different coverage.

Pinned Piece (Kingambit) (M) @ Chople Berry
Ability: Supreme Overlord
Level: 50
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 32 HP / 30 Atk / 3 Def / 1 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Kowtow Cleave
- Sucker Punch
- Low Kick
- Protect

Kingambit has good typing defensively and can help close games. I have good EVs for it already (survives max attack flare blitz from incineroar). Given how incineroar is getting less common, I want to try supreme overlord to hopefully cross more damage thresholds on things like basculegion.

Also I did in fact get a double freeze with this before adding the nickname.
