This looks a lot my first team. Your team is really offensive, and has nothing to take any hits. This style of playing, called Hyper-offensive, can work some experienced players, but I am assuming that you are new. I know you want to use the coolest and most powerfull Pokemon, but you need defensive Pokemon like Gligar, Swampert, or Umbreon. You also dont have any Wish or Heal bell support. Stealth Rocks are really important as well.
sorry thunder but that doesn't tell me anything but to switch up my style which, not to be rude or anything, is not what I asked
Is this your first team or just first UU team?
And thunder hyper offense is probably the best style for someone who is learning the ropes. Sure, they'll lose a lot, but you can learn a lot by playing hyper-offense.
Try switching Abamasnow's Ice Shard to Ice Beam or Blizzard. Change Bisharp's Sucker Punch to Sword's Dance. Change Kingdra's Waterfall to Hydro Pump or Surf. If you want to change Heracross's facade to aerial ace you can or try hyper beam.
