The first half of the Jolteon/Gyarados duo, Jolteon comes in too take any electric hit that would be
coming to harm Gyarados. From taking these electric hits Jolteon will heal 25% of its max health. This is greatly needed since it doesn't doesn't have the best of defenses and can be THKO by most not resisted moves, as long as the pokemon is built right. Choice Specs allows Jolteon to come in and deal massive damage to even most Special walls and Hp grass is their is Gyarados can't come to clean up the mess.

Bullet Punch is Scizor's revenge kill move and main form of attack. Superpower is Scizor's strongest move though it does lower your stats. Finally Pursuit is to attack enemies that would switch out.
