you might want to replace your abomasnow with a mamoswine since it has more attack and less weaknesses i suggest the moves take-down,(egg move) icic le crash, earthquake, and stone edge.

You definitely wouldn't want to replace Abomasnow for anything as he's the hail induced which lets the Ice types get a 100% accuracy STAB. The problem with your team is that it's just so Hyper Offensive that it falls check to types which run stall, for example Bug and Poison. Steel is a major problem for you, as not a single Pokemon has a move which can hit a steel with good damage. Jirachi will be an absolute gg. For this reason, I suggest replacing Froslass with a Black Kyurem. This adds a bit if bulk and attack into your team, and make sure you use HP Fire with it. I'll comment later when I have time, so yeah this is all I'm gonna say now :)
