sorry the sprites sak, If anyone has better sprites please edit it! thanks :D
You have quite the Fairy weakness. I would consider replacing Pangoro or Greninja with a Fairy resist. Also Noivren isn't the best Dragon. Dragonite, Salamance or Garchomp are all better.
Try replacing Pangoro w/ Lucario, that way people can't know for certain which poke your mega is (they can normally guess with two) and as Flaf said replace Noivern. Seeing as you need a Scarfer, Salamence could fill that nicely. Clear the fairies, then sweep with Outrage.

Klefki looks ok to me.

Noivern > Salamence as we talked about. He makes for a great revenge killer at the end of the game. Especially with moxie. just make sure you clear the fairies.

Salamence @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SAtk
Hasty Nature
- Dragon Claw/Outrage
- Fire Blast
- Earthquake
- Crunch

Fire Blast is to roast all steel type, bar Heatran, and Grass types. Earthquake is for Tran, Tales, TTar, and some others you may encounter. Dragon Claw is preferred in case there is a fairy type left because you can switch out in case of a bad predict. Outrage is better for cleaning if there is no Fairies left, take your pick. Crunch deals with psychics and ghosties.
Intimidate > Moxie to soften priority attacks from Lucario, Breloom, Conkeldurr, and others.

Keep Gardevoir as your Mega. At first I really dislike Substitute in there, but I guess it's ok, and i can't come up with anything else.

With the set you have on Scizor you may as well be running a Choice Band. Keep everything, just switch the items.

And run this spread: 252 Atk / 248 HP / 8 Spe
Outspeed other unboosted Scizors.

I had suggested running Lucario, but that may not be the best choice. You need a ghost type to stop Spinners, and it would help in terms of coverage. So my thoughts were running with Gengar, more specifically, SubDisable Gengar.

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Disable
- Substitute
- Shadow Ball
- Sludge Bomb

SubDisable for stopping loads of stuff. Duo STABs and as steel no longer resists Ghost type moves you're free to spam Shadow Ball on Heatran's and Ferrothorn's. Sludge Bomb is extra coverage for fairies mainly, although it will hit dark type (Hydreigon) hard as well.

Greninja looks good to me.
