3 Choicing Pokémon in a Volt-Turn team ?
Otherwise, good.
Lots of choiceing on a VoltTurn team is normal lol

and i like the scarfed celebi, catches people by surprise cause it's so uncommon, but I would make it specially defensive because   you lack something to take special hits and a cleric is greatly appreciated.
I usually run 2-3 choices pokés on a VT team. My only critique is you don't have any walls. You should have at least a Phys and Spec wall since you need to predict like mad. Something with Wish and Heal Bell will help and a spinner is almost always MANDATORY on a VT team. I usually try to run a Scarfer, Band, and Specs, plus something like Mienshao or Ambipom to abuse Fake Out. Then I run a Spinner/Wall i.e. Blastoise, Forry, or Sandslash, and a Wish Passer/Cleric like Umbreon, Blissey, or Clefable. Also Rocks help. Miltank, Mew, or Ferrothorn. Also Walls that can run Spin AND Rocks are always killer. That's why Forretress and Sandslash can be so baws.
