Why does Reuniculus have tyranitarnite. Give it Lefties or Life Orb.
whops! didnt noticed that
- Most of your team's kinda slow. I think Latios should be scarfed.
- Moveset: Knock Off, Mach Punch, Drain Punch & Ice Punch for Conkeldurr.
- Heatran should not be running 252 HP if you're making it offensive. It has no chance of surviving STAB super effective moves and can't even get a move out there for it's KO'd. I would go defensive on Heatran just because of Talonflame. So Heatran: 252 HP, 252 Sp. Def, 4 Sp. Atk, Calm, Lava Plume, Protect, Stealth Rock, Roar.
- I also think you don't need 2 physic types; considering that steel no longer resists ghost & dark, you have a massive weakness to Honedge and Gengar right now.
Thanks a lot! Feel free to consider replacements too. Maybe put in excadrill or use defog. Also: which psychic type should I replace and with who? I mean reuniclus makes amazing core with conkeldurr, but Latias has saved me thousand times too.. Again: thanks and feel free to consider replacements. Full rate? :D

Yea sure why not; let's rate this team.

image
Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Nature: Adamant
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off

image
Vaporeon @ Leftovesr
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Sp. Atk
Nature: Bold
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Scald
- Protect

image
Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Sp. Def, 4 Sp. Atk
Nature: Calm
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
- Lava Plume
- Protect

I've more or less left these three unchanged; Vaporeon's set is standard cleric support so no changes there, and Conkeldurr's set is good to go. I just suggest Ice Punch because otherwise Gliscor will wall you. At least STAB fighting is x1 against Skarmory.

As for Heatran, I've suggested a defensive set because I think you really need it when there's Talonflame around. It's unbelievable how many teams need to carry Heatran just because of that stupid bird. Also Heatran wouldn't be a bad phaser considering all of its immunities and resistances.

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Atk, 4 Sp. Def
Nature: Adamant
- Bullet Punch
- U-Turn
- Pursuit/ Defog
- Superpower/ Defog

So I'm suggesting a Band Scizor set instead of Mega-Scizor, and that might not suit your tastes, but just consider it, because I have a Mega-Evo suggestion below. Standard Bullet Punch for Technician, U-Turn to escape from situations like Magnet Pull, and either Superpower or Pursuit for coverage. Defog is the last and final move for clearing hazards, and considering Scizor's coverage, it'll force a lot of Pokemon to switch giving it a free turn to use Defog & switch back out.

If, however, you don't feel that your team needs something with Defog, then of course use both Pursuit & Superpower for coverage.

Mega-Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace > Pixelate
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
- Calm Mind
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Shadow Ball

Mainly suggesting Gardveoir because of its double fighting resistance, which is what makes it a good partner for Heatran. I've kinda made it a 2 in 1 of Latias and Reuniclus. Bug & Dark are also x1, with its only weaknesses being Ghost, Steel & Poison. I don't really know what answer I have to Ghost types for your team without shifting too many Pokemon around, but considering only Dark and Normal resist/ are immune to Ghost, there actually aren't a lot of options.

Hyper Voice > Moonblast just because it hits through the substitute (and will receive STAB from Pixilate), Psyshock and Shadow Ball for STAB & coverage. You can choose a coverage move over Calm Mind as well, like Thunderbolt, but I would recommend Calm Mind more.

Rotom-Mow @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Modest
- Volt Switch
- Leaf Storm
- Thunderbolt
- Trick/ Hidden Power Ice

At the moment, you have no answer for ground or electric types, so I'm suggesting Rotom-Mow, which will also fill up the Ground and Water weakness Garvedoir cannot wall for Heatran. At least even with Mold Breaker, Rotom-Mow won't take super effective damage from Excadrill. You can either choose HP Ice to have a quick option to deal with Garchomp, or Trick to free your moves. Finally, Volt Switch for scouting.

I only had time to test it out a few times:

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-81930309

By the way, I had Defog > Pursuit on Scizor and HP Ice > Trick on Rotom-Mow.

Defog on a banded scizor is pretty gimmicky, it can't even really suicide it because it's a bit too slow for that...
Actually it works surprisingly well; I stole that idea from Mewderator's VoltTurn team. :P
Hm... Interesting. Thnx for your help! :D also, i thought: as i dont have a lead anymore: maybe i should switch scizor for genesect..?
You could also try out Shift Gear Genesect if you wanted? I've seen it kind of work, but Heatran walls you.
hm.. this might sound really stupid, but what if i used water techno blast? i know the drives normally isn't recommended, but no one really expects a water move on genesect
I think Genesect benefits better from being scarfed or holding a Life Orb + using Shift Gear. The drive will only do anything for one move, and 98 base power is tied with stuff like Hydreigon, so one Flamethrower to the face is enough to OHKO Genesect.
I think you mean base speed, and Genesect has 99 base speed (not that it helps it much besides outrunning Hydreigon.)
Oh right yes; well Timid Hydreigon can out speed Modest Genesect, that was what I was thinking.
i would really like to thank you for the move sets and the rotom-M advice. i gave up on mega-gardei as mega scizor's extra little bulk was really needed to tank and roost of its usually counter. i replaced gardevoir with reuniclus again, do you think thats ok or will you suggest another physic? i mean, its doing is job well and everything, but i feel like it would be an even better pokemon to take his role.
I actually played with this team and enjoyed it a lot; I gave up Scizor and went for Latias as a dual screen & defogger, so Conkeldurr could take hits and Gardevoir could set up.
As for Reuniclus, I always liked it but it's just so slow. It can't run Assault Vest either because it should be using Life Orb & Recover. If you're thinking it's too slow, then maybe try Alakazam? It has Life Orb & Magic Guard as well, but no bulk, so it depends on what you want.
For Vaporeon, I'd suggest finding one with Hydration as its ability, and switching Protect and Wish for Rain Dance and Rest. Rest will replenish health a lot more efficiently than Wish, and Vaporeon will wake up immediately afterwards in the rain because of Hydration.

Also, as it was mentioned that your team is fairly slow (with the exception of Latios), giving your Reuniclus Trick Room might help this. However, your team probably isn't slow enough for this. It might be a consideration, though.

Just making suggestions :)
Rain doesn't last long enough for rain stall to be effective. This team also appreciates Wish support greatly.
If Vaporeon has a Damp Rock, the rain will last between 5 and 8 turns, and if it stops, just use Rain Dance again, and then Rest to make up for Wish.

What I meant by this was using Vaporeon as a wall, but I do see the use of Wish in here, where Vaporeon is sent in, uses Wish, and then is switched out so something else will get the extra HP from Wish.

Sorry for any confusion.
The reason Vaporeon is a Wish passer is because no one else on this team has any method of recovery except Conkeldurr's Drain Punch, which is touch & go. This team doesn't need a rain stall; no other Pokemon will benefit from Rain, and if you put Thunder on Rotom then what happens when Vaporeon faints and there's no more rain?
Ya, I understand the Wish support. I guess it would be more useful than how I've made it to be, but Vaporeon can use a rain stall pretty well outside of this team. I know this from experience.
