Sorry for the wait and now i will answer as requested.
Okay first off im not to sure what that Jirachi is doing appart from taking outrage's and wish passing.
Passing that isnt as easy in Ubers especially when only 3 members of the team are bulky enougth to be passed to.
Even then its only 202 hp.
This is why im suggesting a switch that will benefit the team but if the switch is made Deoxys-S will have to go.
Deoxys
Okay so im not keen on these sets that focus on offence just as much as hazards but they seem to work but this usually comes at a cost of no hazards.
I dont like the set personally as appart from superpower psycho boost is just a destraction.
But no changes (Yes i know how i just rambled on why i hate the set lol tbh i hate deocys-s in general).
No changes appart from replacing.
Clearly you are trying to abuse psycho boost and superpower.
unfortunatly psycho boost only does just under 50% to Kyogre and superpower is only for use against Tyranitar so why not swap Jirachi for Forretress (also supported by rain) and change this pokemons form.
Deoxys-A @Life Orb
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Speed
Naughty/Hasty
-Extreme Speed
-Psycho Boost
-Superpower
-Thunder
Extreme speed with this set takes a nice 50% of the standard Ho-oHs health.
Thats alot for a non boosted, non stab, neutral 80 base power move.
After Rocks.....
This guy is a great late game finisher especially when you have 3 layers of spikes and rocks up, nothing is safe.
Psycho Boost is a ohko on Groudon after rocks and an ohko on most pokemon not resisting it :D
Thunder Hits Kyogre and superpower hits tyranitar and Dialga.
Obviously this change isnt something you must do if you really want keep the two you started off with but certainly test this out.
Kyogre
Standard set no issues.
Zekrom
Im not going to lie ive never used this set and maybe i should have it being almost standard.
Either way the set is good i would suggest scarf or band as they just dominate but another choiced pokemon wouldnt benefit your team so much.
Only suggestion i would make is replacing focus blast for volt switch.
This will alow you to switch out with damage after you have just ko'd a pokemon.
it also means you can counter a forretress trying to set up on the switch in.
Jirachi
Okay so yes ive stated my opinions on what Jirachis doing here and it can stay if it must but im suggesting to replace it.
But if you do keep it swap body slam for Thunder you may as well abuse rain and hit hard.
It also paralyses Arceus Ghost and Giritina making flinch possible.
Anyway
Forretress @Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252Def / 4 SDef
Impish
-Stealth rocks
-Spikes
-Rapid Spin
-Gyro Ball/ Volt Switch
Ive kept the typing the same with the replacments but at the same time increased your chances of layering hazards, brought more offence and def.
Obviously if you liked Jirachi for paralyse Hax then use Ferrothorn.
Arceus
Set is great and a good weather counter.
Rayquaza
Set is also fine....
But i would recomend trying DD set as set up is easy against the common Forretress ect.
Base 95 speed already is decent outspeeding everything but scarf users and palkia but Arceus has the bulk to deal with Dragons if it must.
I told you there wasnt going to be much here but they should help and i appreciate you viewing me as one of the current best Ubers battelers on the site :)
