Question

Ok, so I usually lead with this guy, I try to get a Belly Drum up and then just sweep.

Azumarill @ Lum Berry

If I don't lead with Azu I usually lead with this irritating guy. T-wave then Stealth Rock, if I'm lucky I set down some spikes and a leech seed.

This guy is a sweeper, I try to get up a Swords Dance then just Shadow Sneak.

- Shadow Claw
- Iron Head

This guy is here just for damage.

Sacred Sword > Shadow Claw. And King's Shield might be helpful on this set, as it changes Aegislash back into Shield Form.

Like the team! But here are some improvements I think will help.
1. Try bulldoze for azu.  It covers all his weaknesses while slowing down the opponent to sweep,  aqua jet is powerful enough with huge power so you don't need waterfall. Finnally ice punch to replace supperpower so you still get coverage without giving up defense.
2.  Ferro thorn is going to have trouble with taunt. Try a curse stratagy so now you have coverage against fairies that go for charizard.
3. Charizard x isn't a special sweeper so do instead if not find a phsical moveset.
4. Agislash is good but sacred sword over shadow claw
5. Try different types instead of water. Too many weaknesses you can't defend against
6.  Change your items around
