This is singles, right?
That's where I'm starting now, ya.
Mega Charizard Y must have Heat Wave instead of Flamethrower. This mega is best used in Doubles because of its high Special Attack, it can be a wreck to the opponent. Plus,  it is a bit better than Flamethrower.

Gengar should keep Destiny Bond, but must hold Focus Sash. In case Gengar wasn't able to knock out a bulky pokemon, and has a frail defense, Focus Sash can help it survive. Destiny Bond can trick the opponent when he is attacking it, and his pokemon will be out with yours

Charizard: Replace flame burst with flamethrower for more power.

Metagross: Replace leftovers with assault vest for more bulk. Replace thunder punch with earthquake for at least regular effectiveness against all Pokemon.

Garchomp: Replace stone edge and fire fang with swords dance (potentially starts a sweep) and iron head (full weakness coverage).

Gengar: Replace destiny bond and dark pulse with focus blase (covers dark weakness) and giga drain (healing).

Pursuit works on Aegi because Pursuit Trapping exists, and Aegislash does a good job at it. And Iron Head Garchomp is worse than Fire Fang for coverage purposes.
How is iron head worse than fire fang? Garchomp isn't checked by steel, grass, or bug Pokemon.
Fire Fang specifically for things like Ferro, Skarm and Scizor.
