You need fix garchomp move set take out dragon claw and put in outrage and take fire fang and add dual chop instead. Dual chop help when u battle Pokemon with sturdy or using item to keep it alive like focus sash.

Talonflame u need take out flame charge and u turn. You should use roost and flare blitz. Remove the leftovers and use sky plate this boost flying type moves and wont hold you to move like the choice items.

My other suggestion is for lucario use take off expert belt and add air balloon (lol gallon) because if u don't  you will to Pokemon valuable to a earthquake.
U-turn is if i am against a rock type and i need to get out and do some damage

Talonflame @ choiceband
Ability: Galewing
Nature: Adamant
Evs: 6HP, 252 Atk , 252 Spd (+Atk,- Sp Atk)
- Flare blitz
-brave bird
-Steel wing
-U turn

Flare blitz and brave bird are STAB. Brave get priory +1 because of the ability gale wing. The steel wing is for coverage.

Trait: Rough Skin
Jolly Nature
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Moves:
-Substitute
-Sword Dance/ Hone Claws /Fire Fang
-Earthquake
-Outrage/Dragon Claw/Dragon Rush

the point of this set it to go in there and set up on something you can resist or wall, such Forretress or something along those lines. Start it all off with a Substitute, to guarantee you get at least a an Attack boost with either Hone Claws or Sword Dance. Earthquake lets you hit anything that resist your Dragon STAB, while being boosted by STAB. Great for hitting Pokemons like Tyranitar and Heatran. Now, Outrage is just raw power, and a great move, especially at +2. Dragon Claw is if you dont want to be hitting Ferrothorn, and would like to set up some more on it or hit it with EQ, and not lose HP while doing so. Finally, Dragon rush is only here if you wanted a stronger move than Dragon Claw, but without Outrage's effect. Note that it is very recommended you use Hone Claws with this, as missing could cost you the match. Finally, you're not the set up type, Fire Fang can be used over SD/Hone Claws for more coverage

This for your Lucario

•Dark Pulse (Screw you, Ghosts and Psychics)
•Aura Sphere (STAB, screw you, Accuracy, Normals, Steels, Rocks, Ices and Darks)
•Dragon Pulse (Screw you, Dragons)
•ExtremeSpeed (priority)

EDIT:
Now, instead of ExtremeSpeed, I´m using:
•Psychic ( Fightings and Poisons)

OR
•Flash Cannon (STAB, Rocks and Ices)

Manelectric

Ability: Lightning rod

Evs: 252 Speed, 252 S.attack, 6 hp

Nature: Timid

Item: Life orb/Damp rock

Volt switch/Thunder/Thunderbolt: STAB+Switch/STAB(only with rain dance)

Thunder wave/Rain dance: Status or accurate Thunder

Flamethrower/Signal beam: Coverage

Hiddenpower(ice): Coverage

Jellicent

Shadow ball/Hex-STAB, covers ghost weakness. evil eye works well with Scald

Scald-STAB, burns the target (30%), does will-O-wisp's job while damaging.

Confuse ray/Acid armor-confuses the opponent, or beef up his defenses.

Pain split/recover-Pain split restores health when you're low and the opponent is high. Recover is more reliable, but doesn't harm the foe in the process.

Skarmory (M) @ Shed Shell
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Roost

I dont like your manectric set :I
Just a small thought: Magnezone isn't common anymore. I think Skarmory can run sets without Shed Shell more freely now, and opt Leftovers / Rocky Helmet instead. js
Also skarmory needs defog, manectric will be switching out alot so rocks can do alot to him and talonflamme just really hates them alot. So Defog is a must on skarmory.
