Noting the few Fairy abundances in UU, just Florges and the rare Slurpuff, Dragons are not really threatened by those two, unless you're Hydreigon. This Team originally started out as a DDRachi+Protect MABbsol core, but it didn't work out well at all... A few edits later,(Few new teams later), I found the Team that has sealed the deal ever since it has been built. The star of the Team, the underestimated threat known as Haxorus, pretty much can 2HKO the entire UU meta alone with a Choice Band. Fairies aren't really threats to this guy, as it carries Poison Jab for the OHKO on the Florges. The Team is also supported on a Rotom-H Defensive and Florges SDefensive Core. Onto the Team.

Haxorus @ Choice Band
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 220 Spd / 252 Atk / 36 HP
Jolly Nature
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Night Slash
- Poison Jab

With 252 Attack EVs and a Choice Band Haxorus' already huge Attack gets boosted to a whopping 589 which is enough to macerate anything not resisting.

252 Atk Choice Band Mold Breaker Haxorus Outrage vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Jellicent: 432-508 (106.9 - 125.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

252 Atk Choice Band Mold Breaker Haxorus Outrage vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Gastrodon: 295-348 (69.2 - 81.6%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

252 Atk Choice Band Mold Breaker Haxorus Outrage vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Eviolite Dusclops: 169-201 (59.7 - 71%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Earthquake can tear holes in steel types even hitting MegaGron hard thanks to Mold Breaker.

252 Atk Choice Band Mold Breaker Haxorus Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Mega Aggron: 170-202 (49.4 - 58.7%) -- 98.8% chance to 2HKO

Poison Jab is used to kill off the Fairies in UU who are all Specially Defensive, Florges, Gardevoir, and even the occasional Slurpuff. Night Slash is used to get Super Effective coverage on ghost types and Psychic types, but is not often used thanks to the damage given by Outrage. Mostly used when Fairies or Steel types are still hanging around.

Scrafty @ Lum Berry
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Drain Punch
- Crunch
- Iron Head

Classic DDance Scrafty with a couple notable changes. Intimidate allows for more switch in on physical attackers, while Iron Head gets coverage on all of those annoying Specially Defensive fairy types to whom Scrafty is 4x weak. Lum Berry serves to cure the ever common Will-O-Wisp burns, while Drain Punch and Crunch are the two Dual STABs and recovery.

Rotom-Heat @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SDef
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Overheat
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Defensive Rotom-Heat has become a very popular set this Gen and it fits well on the team pairing with Florges for a Defensive core. It also carries Will-O-Wisp to further assist in wearing down physical attackers. Pain Split is the main for of recovery while Overheat and Volt Switch are used to attack and run. 248 HP EVs allow Rotom to switch in on Rocks five times.

Florges (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Aromatherapy
- Wish
- Protect
- Moonblast

One of the best Specially Defensive fairies in the current metagame it is only outclassed by Sylveon because of it's lesser Offensive prominence. It provides both a Specially Defensive wall, a cleric and a wish passer. It pairs incredibly well with Rotom-H who can suck up physical Steel and poison attacks like a champ. Moonblast is in case of Taunt and provides decent damage with STAB.

Doublade @ Eviolite
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 12 HP / 252 Atk / 244 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Sneak
- Iron Head
- Sacred Sword

With a base Defense of 150 and a base attack of 140 Doublade can tank hits with his eviolite any day. This allows him to enter on a physical attacker and set up one Swords Dance and sweep from there. Now with a base speed of 35, 244 speed EVs doesn't look all too smart. However with 244 speed EVs Doublade can successfully outspeed unboosted base 65s. Shadow Sneak is priority and STAB. Iron Head is secondary STAB while Sacred Sword allows Doublade to punch through Defense boosted pokemon thanks to it's effect.

Blastoise @ Blastoisinite
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- Aura Sphere

With the lack of Special Attackers this team needed one who could both serve the roles of two special attackers and survive long. The team also lacked a Mega so Blastoise made the team like an Olympic Champion. With it's base 135 Special attack and very bulky defenses he can take hits, no problemo boss. With it's Mega Ability it gets a boost for Arua Sphere and Dark Pulse both of which provide great coverage. With Ice Beam it gets neutral or better on all but two pokemon (Marill and Azumarill). At the cost of no STAB Rapid Spin is run to keep hazards off this side of the field.
