Pokémon Rate My Team

Hello,
I am new to competitive battling, and I would love some feedback on my team. I've also peaked at 1550 on Pokemon Showdown with this team, so tips and advice on what to use or replace is appreciated.

Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Steel Wing

My physical attacker + priority Pokemon. Talonflame covers the steel types and ground types
that my Pokemon would otherwise have trouble with. Steel wing is used for coverage against rock types.

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Bold Nature
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Aromatherapy
- Soft-Boiled

My special defensive wall + team supporter. Blissey is used to tank most special hits, along with some physical hits if they aren't fighting type. Aromatherapy is used to get rid of status so that Mawile won't suffer a permanent burn from Will-O-Wisp.

Latios (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Psyshock
- Defog

I needed a special sweeper and a defogger / rapid-spinner for my team. So I picked Latios, because it had the roles that I needed, and a type that I needed to fit in my team. I used Life Orb instead of Choice Specs so that opponents wouldn't switch when I defog.

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Impish Nature
- Brave Bird
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
- Taunt

I needed a Pokemon that could set out stealth rocks and had good defensive synergy with others like Latios and Blissey, so I chose Skarmory. Skarmory is a defensive wall that has Brave Bird to cover fighting types, Taunt for stallers, and Whirlwind for set-up sweepers.

Rotom-Wash @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Bold Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split

Rotom-Wash is a very common Pokemon to use in OU, but I like the way it operates in my team. Rotom is my second physical wall and it has access to Will-O-Wisp for crippling physical attackers. Volt Switch is used for an Electric stab and to dish out damage while switching, Pain Split for recovery, and Hydro Pump for Water stab bonus.

Mawile (F) @ Mawilite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Sucker Punch
- Swords Dance
- Brick Break

My mega Pokemon of the team. Mega Mawile is my late-game sweeper, but it can sometimes be as used as a lead if my opponent has no counters on their teams, like ground types or fire types that are faster. I run Sucker Punch for priority, and Brick Break for coverage against Heatran. Swords Dance is used to set up after I trick opponents with Sucker Punch.

This team seems to be in pretty good shape, especially seeing as you're new to this. The only thing I noticed from a quick scan is Latios' nature. Naive is pointless as you have no physical attacks. Timid is recommended
Hey looks like a great team just a quick suggestion pair skarmory with spikes instead of stealth rock because spikes can be used to set multiple layers of spikes up for more damage at an entry of an opposing Pokemon. other than that the team looks fantastic!
consider switching brick break on mawile to iron head, it gets the stab. Also switch out the sitrus berry for leftovers on rotom, it's more helpful with the moveset you gave it.
Good job. Besides the other recommendations already mentioned I can't find anything to write about.
1. Agree with Timid Latios.
2. I suggest keeping Stealth Rock over the Spikes recommendation.
3. Agree with Iron Head over Brick Break.
I'd say pretty good
