Edit: Changed Bronzong to Skarmory

I would replace Politoed for Pelliper because of a slightly better movepool.
This is gen 6, Pelipper doesn't get drizzle
Why have a rain team with no rain abuser?
I'm pretty sure the only good rain team in Generation 6 OU is Politoed, mega Swampert, Kingdra, therian Tornadus, Ferrothorn, and Manaphy. If you really don't want to use Ferrothorn, then use Skarmory. It can heal itself.
That's not true at all. Rain was huge in gen 6.
Seems like a good team, maybe try hydration goodra instead of chansey and mega swampert gets stealth rock and swift swim so it could work instead of skarmory. specs jolteon with thunder could help as well.
Chansey is bulkier than Goodra even with hydration and rain. Jolteon is pretty badly outclassed by Zapdos and Tapu Koko, so suggest those if you think Jolteon is a good idea.
