Ok, now that you've seen the team, here's why I made an RMT.

First, I know I'm not using Clefable or Magnezone "correctly", but, both sets have worked pretty well for me (especially Clefable's).

So, my main problem is Kingdra. Honestly, with all the attention it gets as far as rain sweepers go, I expected it to work much better for me. Maybe I'm just bad at utilizing the set, but it's the least productive member of the team.

Next, I had really high hopes for Scolipede. The problem with it? Dual Wingbeat has showed up far too often.

Finally, there's just something off about the team. To me, it looks good, but it doesn't preform as well as I thought in battle. That's why I want it rated.

Okay.

Pellipper - Water StAB. I’m going to recommend using Scald over Roost. Although Roost can be useful, a rain boosted Scald seems better. Overwise, good.

Cleflable - You’re team has no entry hazards, so I’m gonna recommend this set instead.

Cleflable @ Leftovers

EVs: 248 HP/252 Defence/4 SpD/4 SpAtk
Bold

Moonblast
Stealth Rock
Wish
Protect

This set offers offence against Dragapult as well as entry hazards and recovery. It suits your team quite a lot.

Scolipede - I’d teach it Batam Pass instead of Earthquake. It helps your Rillaboom a lot.

Rillaboom - I’m gonna recommend using Assult Vest here. It seems again, more useful.

Rillaboom @ Assault Vest

EVs: 4 SpD/252 HP or Speed/252 Attack
Adamant

U-Turn
Grassy Glide
Knock Off
Superpower

You could use either HP or speed. Rillaboom already has great physical bulk, so Assault Vest seems better.

Magnezone - I’d change EVs to 128 Hp 128 Defence 252 SpAtk. HP seems better than just max defence. You can keep your current set, but you might also want to try WP with Sturdy.

Magnezone @ Weakness Policy

EVs: 128 HP/128 Defence/252 SpAtk
Modest
IVs: 0 Attack

Body Press
Thunder
Flash Cannon
Iron Defence.

Hope I helped! :)

Is there anything I can do about these two?
I did a mixed Kingdra set before
Rash
252 atk, 128 sp atk, 128 spe
Draco Meteor
Outrage
Waterfall/surf(if you do surf switch the attack and sp attack evs)
Dragon Dance/Hurricane
Iron defense is also a possibility for scolipede
Iron Defense on Scolipede? Why?

Also, @Ray, Baton Pass is banned from gen 8 OU?
iron defense to survive dual wingbeat as you were saying that was a major problem for it
I was mostly saying that because it breaks Scolipede's sub, @sm.
Roost is pretty much nessecary because Pelipper is the only rain setter. I'd recommend using Scald over Hurricane since you're using a defensively-inclined EV spread.
