Pelipper @ Damp Rock
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 168 Spe / 88 SpD / 88 Def / 172 HP
Calm Nature
- U-Turn
- Scald
- Roost
- Defog

Rain setter for the team. Roost to keep it alive, scald for free damage with a chance of a burn, defog to remove SR and Spikes and u-turn for a free switch. Calm Nature to boost its lowest defensive stat. It's 4x weak to electric but that will be covered.

Barraskewda @ Choice Band
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Liquidation
- Close Combat
- Crunch / Flip Turn
- Drill Run

Fast physical sweeper. Liquidation will OHKO almost all non resisted mons in rain and close combat to kill any water resist mons like Ferrothorn. Crunch is my preferred move over Flip Turn to OHKO Dragapult which is a major threat to my team. Drill Run for coverage against electric and poison types, found it more useful than aqua jet since Swift Swim helps it outspeed all non boosted mons.

Thundurus-Therian @ Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 248 SpA / 252 Spe / 8 HP
IVs: 0 Atk
Timid Nature
- Thunder
- Weather Ball
- Volt Switch / Incinerate
- Sludge Wave

My go to for safe switch ins into elelctric type attacks. Choice Specs will help to get the special attack boost that makes most non resisted mons 2 or OHKOs to Thunder and Weather Ball. Used volt switch before but wasn't too helpful so Incinerate is being used as a good coverage move against grass, but and steel types out of rain. Sludge Wave is mainly a filler but good coverage for opposing fairy types.

Scizor @ Leftovers
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 124 SpD / 124 Spe / 12 HP
Adamant Nature
- Dual Wingbeat
- Bullet Punch
- U-Turn
- Swords Dance

Rain lets Scizor thrive as it's primary check has halfed power. Dual Wingbeat to take advantage of technician boost and hit grass types for super effective damage. Bullet Punch for priority and U-Turn for safe switch outs after rain is gone.

Inteleon @ Scope Lens
Ability: Sniper
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP
IVs: 0 Atk
Timid Nature
- Focus Energy
- Surf / Scald
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
My favourite starter of the galar region and good coverage for dragon, psychic and ghost types. Focus Energy with Scope Lens gurantees all of its moves to crit and Sniper increases the crit boost. Ice Beam and Dark Pulse for coverage and scald or surf for STAB rain boosted crits. It's hard to live one hit but if it gets the Focus Energy off it will be pretty good as a sweeper.

Seismitoad @ Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim
EVs: 252 Atk / 200 Spe / 60 HP
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Poison Jab
- Liquidation
- Drain Punch

Second electric immunity on the team in case Thundurus is KOd. Poison Jab for coverage against grass and fairy types. Drain Punch for a bit of recovery and Earthquake and Liquidation for STAB damage.

Quick thoughts after skimming:
* What are the EVs on Pelipper and Scizor for? You're almost certainly better off using max HP on both (or 248 for hazard rounding).
* Scizor already matches well into Grass, you don't need to have Dual Wingbeat. Superpower would actually help more against the most relevant Grass-types (Ferrothorn, Kartana). However, I recommend Roost which I think is important for pivot Scizor. Possibly Heavy Duty Boots > Leftovers as well depending on how often you switch.
* Inteleon is not viable in OU. It performs badly against defensive Pokemon like Ferrothorn and Toxapex, requires a turn of setup, and is outclassed in general. This team also doesn't need its additional speed control nor its additional Water damage, provided Barraskewda and Seismitoad are there. Pick a breaker or sweeper that matches well into Ferrothorn.
* If you use physical Seismitoad, you should probably not pass up the opportunity to have Knock Off. Maybe fit rocks as well. Either one of those moves is better than Poison Jab (nothing wrong with your STAB vs fairies, and you should switch when you see grass).
@Fizz I was using Dual Wingbeat for the technician boost as it stacks up pretty well. What Pokemon should I use instead of Inteleon?
Barraskewda is usually a good enough option because it abuses Rain pretty well, with Swift Swim + Band and Rain-boosted STAB Liquidation.
A recent Rain team which peaked the ladder is https://pokepast.es/869088376ea39df3/ and there's one more version of it with Zapdos https://pokepast.es/e2c87ec6aedb638d/.
Stealth rocks and defog are clashing moves, so you might wanna remove defog if you're adding SR
