I can certainly say that it's not a bad team. All six pokemon are good, and I'm jealous that all of them are shiny (especially Black Kyurem). However, I can see what is wrong with it.
First of all, you're placing the EVs for most of your pokemon in the wrong areas. You have to allocate your pokemons' EVs with their role. For example, since Gliscor is going to be a sweeper, there should only be 4 EVs in HP, and the rest should be transferred over to Attack (4 HP/252 Attack/252 Speed). In fact, for all your sweepers it would be best to max out the speed stat.
Secondly, as was previously commented, the only tanks you have are physical tanks. You will need a special tank that works with your team. Since you already have six pokemon, though, this will mean that you have to get rid of one of your pokemon.
Thirdly, and correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that you can't have two of the same item on a team. Both Malamar and Black Kyurem have Lum Berries; you will need to swap one of the Lum Berries for something else. Assuming that Black Kyurem's Lum Berry was for Outrage, you could bypass this by giving Kyurem a Persim Berry instead. This also goes for Malamar's Rest: just give Malamar a Chesto Berry.
