Xerneas seems okay, but instead of the absolite, why not give it the pixie plate so that its fairy move boosts.
Garchomp's aerial ace is a good move, but I think you'd want brick break so that you can attack more pokemon with better hits.
I think Shedinja should be just fine.
Deoxys (speed) also looks good.
If you want Mew's attacks to have a good aim, give it the wide lens.
If you're going to give Deoxys (Defense) the assault vest, then recover won't do anything. You can delete it and replace it with Zen Headbutt.
