Rate my OU team!

Question

This is my new OU team I have made today. It's not perfect like all teams but I'm pretty proud of myself.
If anyone could suggest any edits I would be very happy. :)
Threats:
Spikers, Ferrothorn leech seed lead, Faster Pokemon, Venasaur, Ice Beam, Bulky Rock Types
PS: I'm OK with changing an entire Pokemon, just not 2 or more.

Shuckle @ Mental Herb
Ability: Sturdy
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Wrap
- Encore
- Sticky Web
- Knock Off
I chose Shuckle as a wall. The strategy here is to use wrap on the opposing Pokemon then encore it. If I do better than expected I can also pull off sticky web. Once this is done all I do is switch to either Dugtrio or Mega Pinsir and damage them. If I happen to switch into Dugtrio I could have a chance of pulling off stealth rocks as well.

Dugtrio @ Focus Sash
Ability: Arena Trap
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

My Dugtrio is an SR sweeper to kill any pesky stallers. Since Dugtrio isn't the best in defense/special defense I give it a focus sash, once I'm on my focus sash I use reversal for OHKO's.
One problem with Dugtrio is if it's up against any faster Pokemon than it, it will most likely die.

Pinsir-Mega @ Pinsirite
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe

My mega and main sweeper. This is pretty self explanatory so I'll just leave it here.

Hitch (Smeargle) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 80 HP / 96 Def / 80 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Spore
- Swords Dance
- Baton Pass
- Recover
Smeargle is my baton pass lead. I put the opposing Pokemon to sleep, then I setup swords dance and baton pass to either Dugtrio or Pinsir. He also has recover in case the opponent is faster, same thing with why he has a focus sash.

Magnezone @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Magnet Pull
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SpA / 30 Spe
- Flash Cannon
- Volt Switch
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Magnezone is my Skarmory killer. If Shuckle traps the other Pokemon with wrap, and it just so happens to be steel, I switch to this guy and let the sweeping be done.

I would say this is good team, but I have found some weaknesses:

TALONFLAME
I know your Dugtrio and Smeargle has focus sash, but it will most likely be ruined by your opponents' lead against Shuckle which most likely has Stealth Rock. It is a threat to all of your mons.

MAGIC BOUNCERS / TAUNTERS
Cripples your Shuckle and Skarmory.

LANDORUS - THERIAN
Especially if it is defensive with Rocky Helmet. Most likely escapes your Shuckle's wrap with U-turn, hinders your Dugtrio and Mega - Pinsir, a nightmare to Magnezone.

SUBSTITUTE - SETTERS
Substitute - Calm Mind Keldeo / Espeon / Sylveon doesn't care what your setters do. One Substitue, and they take no damage from weak moves. As soon as your shuckle is out of the way, they will set up knowing no one will encore.
