Modest Nature
- Dragon Pulse

- Power Gem
- Signal Beam

Dragon Pulse had good power when Mega evolved plus its STAB. Thunderbolt is STAB. Power Gem and Signal Beam are coverage moves.

For the last pokemon I want a dragon but I don't know who to use please suggest a dragon.

Give Ampharos hp ice. It deals with ground types on switch in if you predict right. It's the same mega that I use for UU

Give chandelure a choice scarf. It really needs to be faster to be good

Give cloyster a focus sash

I run horn leech, will-o-wisp, shadow claw, protect on my trev but that's up to you.

As for you wanting a dragon, you have a bit of a weakness to ground and have no special wall. Therefore, I would use Milotic. You have mega Ampharos anyway

Surf would be better for this set because of toxic. You can't burn and poison a Pokémon
