Also, this is my first RMT, im doing this for the children.

ForTheKids

I am aware that i need a water absorber, i used to have a Storm Drain Gastrodon (usage set) instead of Roserade, and it didnt work out at all.

Mike has set up a pretty solid team. Overall there isn't much wrong with it, but let's get down to some nitpickings.

Gengar
Your Gengar has a really good moveset, and I'm assuming your using destiny bond when you know it's about to faint, but maybe give it Pain split for longevity

Keldeo
Again, well thought out and built, but it could use a grass type move to deal with electrics, so replace either Scald or Hydro Pump with one.

Tyranitar
I really can't see anything wrong. Solid set

Mawile
Everything is perfect with this set, except for Iron Head. Replace that with Play Rough, since Mawile is it's best user

Landorus
Again, a perfect set. Nothing wrong that I can see

Roserade
Solid Set. Nothing apparently wrong

Thanks for the feedback, a few notes/questions:
i want to replace Focus Blast with Taunt, for obvious reasons, but im not sure about it?
Keldeo can't learn any Grass moves other than HP-Grass.
When i added Mawile, i wanted it to be a Fairy killer for Keldeo and Tyranitar, hence the Iron Head.
Replacing Focus Blast is a good idea, as you already have Keldeo for dark type coverage.
If that's the case,  It can't really be helped that you'll jusst have to switch
I guess that makes sense, keep it if you want, but Play Rough is highly recommended for any and all Mawile sets
