RATING: 93/100

I understand that there is no such thing as a perfect team, as their is a team to counter every team, but 100/100 is a team with no real problems - no matter how small.

Mega-Aggron

  1. Solid. Just put 4 EVs on HP... or Speed (to outspeed other Aggrons - I know other Aggrons would be hard to K.O. with physcial moves but Earthquake would be super-effective by 4x and you also would be hard to K.O. (especially with Iron Defence) so would likely force the switch or K.O. them first by being slightly faster.
  2. Sturdy would be better than Rock Head as you have no recoil moves but you could wait a turn before Mega-Evolving to survive an otherwise OHKO attack.
  3. Get an Aggron with an Impish nature (+Def, -Sp.Atk).

Florges

  1. Solid. Just a pitty that you have to invest EVs in Sp.Atk and not 252 in HP and 252 in Sp.Def because you could switch with great confidence between Mega-Aggron and Florges to absorb physical and special attacks as well as utilizing wish to restore their HP respectively.

Azelf

  1. I would just change Azelf's nature to Hasty (+Spe, -Def) because it is weak to Bug, Ghost and Dark moves which, when combined, comprise of attacks that are more special-based.

Arcanine

  1. A Choice Band Arcanine with Aggron, Florges and Umbreon as Walls to switch would benefit more from the ability Intimidate as it is a Pokemon that hits hard and then switches because it is locked into a move. This works well with intimidate because, every time you switch in, you lower the defence of whoever you are going to attack which could end up being a full team of 6 in extreme cases; this takes advantage of intimidate more than with other tactics.

Celebi

  1. The only problem is that Celebi is 4x weak to Bug moves with Azelf and Umbreon being 2x weak. Furthermore, Mega-Aggron and Celebi are 2x weak to fire as well as Florges's only move [Moonblast] being weak against fire types. Your team is vulnerable to a Volcarona that has successfully pulled off a Quiver Dance which is quite common in the UU tier.

Umbreon

  1. All I can say is... change the name, it's really cheesy.

Good variety of Pokemon types and stats, nice to see Florges instead of the generally preferred Blissey as your team can benefit from that extra special attacking power and having Blissey instead would make your team weaker to Bug and Fighting attacks which it can't afford to be especially since all of your walls would be 2x weak to Fighting type attacks from UU Pokemon like Lucario, Heracross and Machamp.

The individual movesets are pretty solid with only a few minor tweaks needed. Your team doesn't really need a spinner/hazer because of Aromatherapy and your team's typing.
