Assault Vest Rayquaza is horrid, use something like Focus Sash with Sword Dance, Outrage, V-Create, and Extremespeed.

Change Kyogre to Scarf.

Gliscor does not fit on your team archetype. Change him to Earth Plate Landorus-T with Stealth Rock, Earthquake, U-Turn, and Stone Edge.

IronCeus is absolute crap. Change him to EKiller, or Scizor. If Scizor then you're done. If EKiller then take out Rayquaza in favor of Scizor.

As for your own ScarfOgre weakness, maybe go for Scizor over Arceus and then Palkia over Rayquaza.

I don't really feel up to correcting your synergy atm, but the rest of what I said should help your team a fair bit.

OK soe here is how i have changed my team so far. I knew AV rayquaza was stupid and i put a standard geomancy xearneas in there. Kyorgre is now scarf :P. Gliscor has worked so well and i love using it so its staying. Arceus steel just kinda works well but ill try scizor out to. Thanks everyone for the help!
