I'm a little against the fact you're using pure electric-type Pokemon. There's Magnezone and Stunfisk for are very good Pokemon in mono-electric; the former can trap any steel Pokemon, namely Ferrothorn and Forretress, and 2HKO with Hidden Power Fire, while the latter can set up rock + have resistance on Rock & Poison which can come in handy.
You needn't Electivire, Eelektross and Luxray in the same team. Electivire represents predictability, lack of power and subpar speed. Luxray is even slower than Electivire and hits slightly weaker, so Eelektross is the better out of the three, not to mention that Eelektross can be a good specially-biased reliable pivot with Volt Switch so use that. Now I am skeptical about Jolteon + Manectric in the same team since the two are very similar. I can recommend you to try Raikou, Zapdos or Thundurus, you will like it.
