Groudon is good, but remove Roar and replace it with Thunder Wave, Toxic, or Dragon Tail.
For Xerneas I would remove Megahorn and swap it for Focus Blast. Focus Blast deals heavy damage to Steel-types that resist Moonblast, namely Heatran and Ferrothorn.
Blaziken needs to have Protect so it can scout and let its ability activate.
You have amazing move set for palkia.

I would use knock off instead of pursuit because Knock Off are for gaining momentum and disrupting switch-ins. Pursuit is an option for trapping opponents, primarily Mega Gengar, but Scizor doesn't enjoy being locked into it, and this version of Scizor is inferior to the Support set at performing this role.
