Pokémon Rate My Team

I'm still deciding on the last Pokemon (make sure its not an Ice-Type).
Here's the team:
Walrein @ Icy Rock
Ability: Ice Body
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SpD
Bold Nature
- Hail
- Blizzard
- Surf
- Yawn

Walrein would be my lead and can help set up Hail. Yawn guarantees a switch into another Pokemon (who would want their Pokemon asleep?). Surf and Blizzard are sorta filler moves.

Beartic @ BrightPowder
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Icicle Crash
- Night Slash
- Brick Break
- Stone Edge

This can be my physical sweeper :P. Snow Cloak raises evasiveness and BrightPowder can help with that. The rest is pretty self explanatory.

Piloswine @ Eviolite
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Protect
- Toxic
- Amnesia

This would be my tank/staller. Toxic and Protect helps. Amnesia can increase Sp. Def and Earthquake is nice STAB.

Glaceon @ Icy Rock
Ability: Snow Cloak
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SpD
Bold Nature
- Hail
- Wish
- Blizzard
- Protect

Glaceon can help set up hail and heal other Pokemon on my team. Blizzard is a nice Sp. Attack move and Protect is a nice combo with wish.

Glalie @ Glalitite
Ability: Ice Body
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Crunch
- Earthquake
- Headbutt
- Iron Head

Just another good sweeper. Headbutt becomes an Ice-type move when it mega evolves (Regrigerate turns Normal-type moves into Ice-type moves). Crunch, Earthquake, and Iron Head are coverage moves.

Yeah, it's pretty bad... i'm still new to this :D. Please leave suggestions!
Note: I'm using this team for Pokemon Showdown, so please follow their rules/clauses.

What if i came along with a mega blaziken..?
You wouldn't be able to do that, because this is NU so Mega Blaziken is banned.
Hail Team =/= Ice teams.
You ought not to use Ice-only type Pokemon in hail.
i'll add more details soon :P yeah i still need to figure out a last pokemon
i was thinking i'll add a poison or a psychic type for the last slot
Bright Powder is banned because of evasion clause, and so is Snow Cloak.
I'd be mildly surprised if Mega-Glalie is NU.
Idk what that Piloswine set is meant to do. One Toxic and it's screwed. Also no HP investment in a supposedly wall set is a bad idea.

You should consider Overcoat and Magic Guard Pokemon, like Leavanny, Kadabra and Vullaby.
k thx, but i used Bright Powder + Snow Cloak or Sand Veil; it was allowed on Pokemon Showdown.
For them, the evasion clause states that moves increasing evasion are banned, indirect boosts and items do not count.
they also hadn't fixed the ladder yet, so mega glalie is still in nu :P
but thanks for the suggestions in general
What do you do when Magmortar  comes in and wrecks your Team?
I never seen that happen 0.o but i have glalie to use earthquake. Piloswine and walrein can resist fire moves and counter with their own super effective STAB moves (earthquake and surf respectively).
In showdown the second move slot is the one you click to evolve, and Earthquake is not a good evo move as many have immunities to it.
whats an evo move? and only flying types have immunity to earthquake (it won't be a problem against Ice-Types)... 0.o
An evo move is the move you select to mega evolve, and pokemon with Levitate are also immune to ground.

Enough commenting, i have decided to answer.

You walrein is great, with little to no improvements needed.

For you Beartic, switch either Night Slash or Stone Edge with Swords Dance as he is physical after all, and Brick break for screeners. You could also switch Icicle Crash for Avalanche, since Beartic is not very fast, and with all that evasion, there is a fair chance he won't get hit.

Your Piloswine, i would just switch the EVs slightly (252 Def, 248 HP, 8 sp. D) because after one Amnesia, your Sp.D is better than your Def.

Glacion is the same as Walrein.

Glalie is good, just switch Headbutt with Return or Double Edge.

For your last team member, use Archeops, even through it is an odd choice. You can use him for coverage and to deal is fighting types (even though he is weak to them).

Archeops@Leftovers
EVs:252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 Sp.D
Nature : Adamant ( + Atk - Sp.A )
- Substitute
-Agility/Hone Claws
-Zen Headbutt
- Earthquake/Aqua Tail

This is good as you can set up behind a Substitute using Agilty or Hone Claws (depending on your choice), and then sweep with your other 2 moves. Zen Headbutt is one of your only counter's for Fighting types, and Aqua Tail or E-quake for powerful coverage. Archeops makes an exellent sweeper as he has on of the highest attack stats of any non-legendary pokemon.

Hope i helped.

thanks! :P but i already have Ice Headbutt on Glalie
i selected this as BA anyways because its never going to be answered
Thanx, sorry for such an incomplete answer,  I don't know enough to help anymore
Who down voted my answer?
I didn't downvote, but I can see why someone would downvote this. The suggestions just aren't the best. The suggestion for Walrein is silly, the point is that Walrein has hail up and never misses with Blizzard. Beartic also gets Superpower, which is much better than Brick Break. The Glalie suggestion makes Glalie horrible. Getting rid of Earthquake means Glalie has nothing against Fire and Steel type Pokemon, who wall Refrigerate attacks. Not using Earthquake because Flying Pokemon are immune isn't a good reason, especially when it has moves that beat Flying types. A really obvious change on Glalie is Return > Headbutt, but no mention of that either.
Archeops is a decent suggestion, but explain why that set works? The standard set would work much better tbh.
no, I didn't say get rid of earthquake, just switch it's place, i forgot Blizzard gets 100% accuracy in hail, and i thought of brick break for screener's. I will edit it anyways :(
Yeah i changed Headbutt into Body Slam because of chance of parlyz
