please rate my mono poison team. first time soing mono type could use some help.

Nature: Bold
Ability: levitate

I figured Weezing should automatically be on any mono poison team due to its awesome physical bulk and levitate.

Drapion @ Black Sludge
Nature: Impish
Evs: 252Hp/252Def/4Atk
-Knock Off
-Toxic Spikes
-Earthquake
-Cross Poison

Drapion is another that should just automatically be on a mono poison team due it being half dark. I like the sniper/cross poison combination as well as having Toxic Spikes. Earthquake is literally just for Heatran probably the biggest threat to the team.

Tentacruel @ Assault Vest
Nature: Bold
Ability: Liquid Ooze
Evs:252Hp /240Def 16/Spd
-Rapid Spin
-Scald
-Sludge Bomb
-Knock Off

Assault Vest Tentacruel is verry good at taking special hits. It's a decent rapid spinner that can knock off items as well as burn with scald. I figured there was no reason to not use it for this team.

Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Nature: Sassy
Ability: Over Grow (Thick Fat)
Evs: 252Hp/ 252Spdef/ 4Spatck
-Giga Drain
-Earthquake
-Leech Seed
-Protect

Mega Venusaur is just evil from my past experience with it. Leech seed/Toxic spikes/Protect can stall put a lot of pokemon. Also I needed a mega for this team and mega Gengar is banned and I don't think Mega Beedril would fit this team.

Gengar @ Black Sludge
Nature: Timid
Ability: Levitate
Evs: 252Spatk/ 252Spe /4hp
-Substitute
-Disable
-Shadow Ball
-Thunder Bolt

Sub/Disable Gengar is another absolute evil pokemon. Gengar can be verry unpredictable and that's why I chose it.

Ok this is where I need the most help I can't think of what the last Pokemon Should be. I was thinking of using Nidoking or Nidoqueen in the last slot but I can't decide wich one.

In general, keep HP at an odd number to survive more hazard switch ins.
A. Have you considered Adapability Dragalge? Could give you some nice power to your team.
B. Pain Split on Weezing is pretty useful and gives it some much needed recovery. Clear Smog and Sludge Bomb is pretty redundant, so I would just use Sludge Bomb for it's power, but that's me.
C. Your team lacks physical presence, so maybe trading in this Drapion into an offensive Toxicroak or Crobat? Crobat gives you a nice EQ immunity which is pretty crucial when using a mono-poison although you lose out on Drapion's Psychic immunity.
D. I would throw in HP-Fire or Sleep Powder on the Venusaur rather than protect. HP-Fire lets it deal with Ferro which counters mono-poison pretty well. Alternatively, you can swap Venusaur for a Mega Beedrill which gives you some strong physical presence and speed. Then I would recommend Amoongus in Venusaur's place.

Mono-poison can be very doable and pretty fun. I personally feel that Sheer Force LO Nidoking gives you better coverage than Gengar, but Gengar does have levitate and some more speed which is pretty important.
