I don't have time to write a detailed answer, so I'll just do this.

Mega Gallade: I see this is meant to be more of a utility/stall Gallade than typical hyper-offense Gallade. If you're willing to sacrifice one move, consider adding Swords Dance and perhaps switch Drain Punch for Close Combat.

Snorlax: This is just wierd. I can't tell what Lax's purpose is on this team. A better use for Snorlax is Toxic stalling, but even that's not common anymore.

Snorlax@ Leftovers
Ability: Immunity
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Def
Impish Nature
- Toxic
- Protect
- Crunch
- Return

Weezing: Good but both Wisp and Toxic? Opt for Will-o-Wisp, which improves your team's overall Defence. Replace it with either Fire Blast for covering Steels who like to wall him or Explosion as a parting gift when you can't go on.

Tyranitar: Not much to complain about here, just standard AV T-Tar.

Togekiss: Nuh-uh. Togekiss is not meant to be an attacker. It is meant for Wish Passing and ParaFlinch. The traditional Togekiss build is:

Togekiss@ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SDef
- Wish
- Protect
- Defog/Thunder Wave
- Air Slash/Dazzling Gleam

Your choice between Defog and Thunder Wave, depending on if you want to be able to switch Chandelure in multiple times without fear of Stealth Rocks or run a ParaFlinch set. Your choice of STAB, although Air Slash is usually preferred once coupled with Serene Grace.

Chandelure: My only suggestion is to replace Psychic with Trick to screw over walls and setup sweepers.

Good team. What I would change is:

Chandelure: Choice Specs? You could be stopped easily if you use psychic then the opponent switches to dark type

T-tar: Sand stream is not good for your team. The others would faint by sandstorm. May I recommend Swampert? It has earthquake, surf, rock smash(lower defense) and other strong moves. It would suit your team better.

Weezing: Toxic AND will-o-wisp? You should have thunder bolt. Pain split? You would mainly get hurt because toxic damage. Good thought, but not good enough.

Specs Pokémon are meant to be hit-and-run, meaning that Chandy is supposed to switch out after Psychic. And residual Sandstorm damage is nothing if reliable recovery is available, which the team has plenty of. Your comment on Toxic-Wisp is good, only one status move should be used.
I would only have 2 status moves if it was prankster, or if I was weak to steel(no poison effect)
