Speed EVs on Sylveon aren't really best suited.
Your Gallade and Roserade sprites were ugly. I fixed it (that's why it's marked that I edited your question)
Now  I wonder how good do you fare against the fire. You have only Garchomp to resist what Roserade and Scizor will fall out to. By the way, Sylveon's presence is obsolete with Togekiss being in your team as a Fairy-type Pokemon and Garchomp to eliminate other dragons.
My quickfixes for something immediately better (not too deep though, ain't time-free)
*Knock Off > Night Slash on Gallade to kill item-based Pokemon like Jellicent and Skarmory
*I assume SB = Shadow Ball? Replace with Moonblast, it can reduce SpA of foes. Btw, EVs should be EVs: 240 HP / 252 SpA / 16 Spe to outspeed uninvested TTar while keeping some bulk and power.
*Stealth Rock > Protect and Outrage > Dragon Claw on Garchomp since you have Lum Berry, but beware of the fairies
*Sleep Powder is good for Roserade. You should also try Toxic Spikes instead, it can cripple many Pokemon.
*Superpower and Knock Off can complete your Scizor's moveset. Replacing Pursuit, of course. Unless you're sure about your predictions, Knock Off is just oh-so better.
*Togekiss doesn't look bad.
Why would he run Moonblast instead of shadow ball on Sylevon? Pixelate makes hyper voice outshine moonblast conpletely lmao.

I suggest running Sleep Powder on Roserade, and getting rid of spikes for Rest or Synthesis. You can also try Technician HP Fire for Ferrothorn as Rose is easily your best switch in for it.
