Ok, a pretty good team, but here's my suggestions.

Donphan

You're Donphan is looking pretty good. The only thing I can say is replace Iron defence with Knock Off, its not too common on Donphan and its unexpected. Also, its good for wearing down levitate users ect. You also dont really need Iron Defence on something as bulky as Donphan.

Kingdra

Kingdra is fine for the special sweeper but consider putting Flash Cannon on him instead of Agility for dealing with fairys.

Blissey

Blissey is pretty good too, but put heal bell on your team since it can be crippled by burns, toxics ect. So replace the wish protect tactic with soft-boiled and heal bell.

Beedrill

Beedrill is also solid. But try going for U-Turn instead of X-Scissor, just because Beedrill has a good amount of weaknesses, and with beedrill's speed it means it can switch out, with doing some nice and powerful STAB damage on the way out.

All the others are fine. So yeah, overall a very good team, ;)

I don't want to get rid of wish, as Donphan has no form of recovery. And I feel agility is really unexpected, which I always see as good. And on Donphan, iron defense can screw an opponent over even better than knock off in a lot of situations, after the rest of the team has cleaned up a bit. That's what my teams do -- the pokemon help each other to sweep, overwhelm, or suprise my opponent. That is my play style, and I will stick by it most of the time -- except for doubles, which is a whole other can of worms, and this comment is already getting too long.
