This team is outdated it seems. Pokemon such as Dunsparce, Leafeon and Meowstic are in NU. Ill give suggestions to my best ability to make this into a better team.
Your Dunsparce here is supposed to be a annoying physical wall as I see it. There are several good Pokemon in OU that do this job much better such as Conkeldurr or Gliscor. These are some awesome sets for them;
Conkeldurr (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 8 Def / 248 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Knock Off
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch
Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
EVs: 244 HP / 236 Spd / 28 Def
Impish Nature
-Protect
-Toxic
-Substitute
-Earthquake
I also noticed that you have nothing to set-up with. Ferrothorn is an awesome choice;
Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
Nature: Relaxed (+Def, -Spd)
EVs: 252 Def / 128 SDef / 128 Atk
-Stealth Rock
-Leech Seed
-Gyro Ball
-Power Whip
Does set up rocks as well as LS if you want to.
You Rotom is as near as perfect IMO if you want to go defensive. Just switch T-bolt for Pain Split and LO for Leftovers.
Rotom-Wash @ Life Orb --> Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 128 SAtk / 124 SDef / 4 Spd
Calm Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Thunderbolt --> Pain Split
Maybe you want to run a bit more offensive set for Rotom instead? I use this set all the time;
Rotom @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
-Volt Switch/Thunderbolt
-Trick
-Hidden Power [Ice]/Hidden Power [Fire]
-Hydro Pump
Mega-Garchomp is not a very good mega. There are several other mega's that outclass it in many ways. The normal Garchomp was awesome in every way with almost no flaws (if any) but the mega is a disappointment. If you want a physical awesome mega, I suggest;
Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Blaze -->Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake/Roost
Metagross @ Metagrossite
Ability: Clear Body --> Tough Claws
Evs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk/HP / 252 Spd
Naive/Jolly Nature (Only Naive if choosing Grass Knot)
-Meteor Mash / Iron Head
-Zen Headbutt
-Hammer Arm / Earthquake
-Grass Knot / Ice Punch / Thunder Punch
Both of these Pokemon are very powerful with very few flaws. The choice of course is yours.
Leafeon is not a very good set-up attacker in OU. I suggest a Scizor;
Scizor @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 160 SDef / 96 HP
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
-Swords Dance
-Bullet Punch
-Bug Bite / Roost
-Pursuit / Roost
Scizor also has some decent bulk which lets it survive an attack and use a SD for a awesome attack boost.
Volcarona @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Fiery Dance/Fire Blast/Hurricane
- Bug Buzz
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Giga Drain
Pretty much every Volcarona you have ever seen is a Quiver Dance Volcarona. I'm not about to sit here and tell you that Quiver Dance Volcarona is bad, as it is extremely deadly. However, something very few people will be expecting is a scarfed Volcarona. With a base special attack stat of 135, this moth can pack a punch, even without a Quiver Dance boost, and Fiery Dance can provide a SAtk boost should you use it. Base 100 speed is more than enough to pull off an effective scarf set, and Volcarona has great coverage to go with his stellar stats, as well as the ability to switch in on a slew of moves it resists, and it's quite bulky on the special side. It has the ability to operate in Sun and Rain, and it can operate in Sand although it is not recommended. With Rapid Spin support, the Stealth Rocks that bog Volcarona down can be kept away, allowing Volcarona to switch in and out as often as it wants too.
Your Meowstic is running dual screens which isn't bad, but Stealth Rock/Rapid spin is more important and as such, I will use this last spot for a spinner;
Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 Def / 248 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump / Surf
- Psyshock / Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
Or if you still want a dual screener with a little more bulk;
Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural cure
EVs: 252 HP / 100 Def / 20 SAtk / 136 SDef
-Rapid Spin
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-Scald/Hydro Pump
I prefer the first set as it isn't just about setting up screens but it is your choice.
To sum everything up, this team is the team that I would use with the Pokemon you had and the suggested Pokemon;
Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
Nature: Relaxed (+Def, -Spd)
EVs: 252 Def / 128 SDef / 128 Atk
-Stealth Rock
-Leech Seed
-Gyro Ball
-Power Whip
Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 128 SAtk / 124 SDef / 4 Spd
Calm Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
Metagross @ Metagrossite
Ability: Clear Body --> Tough Claws
Evs: 252 Atk / 4 SAtk/HP / 252 Spd
Naive/Jolly Nature (Only Naive if choosing Grass Knot)
-Meteor Mash / Iron Head
-Zen Headbutt
-Hammer Arm / Earthquake
-Grass Knot / Ice Punch / Thunder Punch
Scizor @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 160 SDef / 96 HP
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
-Swords Dance
-Bullet Punch
-Bug Bite / Roost
-Pursuit / Roost
Volcarona @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Flame Body
EVs: 252 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Fiery Dance/Fire Blast/Hurricane
- Bug Buzz
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Giga Drain
Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 Def / 248 SAtk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump / Surf
- Psyshock / Thunderbolt
- Ice Beam
- Rapid Spin
What Pokemon are threats then? Lets make a list of the maybe best Pokemon in OU!

Mega Altaria: You have several Pokemon to take care of Altaria. You have moves such as Gyro Ball on Ferrothorn, Ice Beam on Starmie but you also have Mega Metagross which is like the complete counter against it.
Clefable: Just like with Altaria, you have a lot of steel moves which are great and just like last time, you have Mega Metagross.
Keldeo: Rotom-W has Volt Switch, M-Metagross has Zen Headbutt, Starmie has T-bolt/Psyshock etc.
Landorus: This thing is dangerous but you have Power Whip on Ferrothorn, Hydro Pump on Rotom-W/Starmie etc.
Mega Metagross: If you manage to get a Will-O-Wisp on this, then it isnt such a threat anymore. It may have Grass Knot like I suggested myself but Rotom-W does not weigh much and it is a specially defensive set after all.
As you may see, this team kind of has a big fire weakness. Ferrothorn, Scizor and M-Metagross are all weak to fire. This will mean that Pokemon like Charizard-Y and Heatran will have an edge. You should be able to see that even though three Pokemon are weak to it, you have Rotom-W, Volcarona and Starmie who all resist it. Even though Rotom-W and Starmie are both weak to grass and electric, you have some ice respective ground-type moves. You should be able to make it without any problems.
Sorry if I took apart your team too heavily, I got a little carried away ;).
Good luck!
