I dont have a last one but I need a spinner. Beedrill depends on a spinner. Dont recommend a defogger because I dont use them.

Thank you in advance!

Not using Defog really limits your teambuilding capabilities. I suggest changin that mindset UNLESS you play via WiFi and dont have access to Gen 4 to use Defog.

As for the team, I have a few suggestions. I personally believe that Spikes are useless for this team because opposing Latias and Latios (pokemons that you are currently uncapable of switching in to) can easily Defog away hazards on both Rotom and Skarmory. They beat Conkeldurr 1v1, and beat Latios because HP Fire forces you to not have max Speed evs, thus resulting in Draco Meteor killing you. My suggestion would be to run Roost, so you can have a constant answer to Mega Metagross, Mega Lopunny, and Weavile.

Second, I would recommend Protect over Knock Off for Beedrill. With your other 3 moves, you obtainenough coverage that a vast majority of the metagame cannot switch into your moves without heavy damage. It also prevent Mega Lopunny from revenge killing you with Fake Out.

Next, Rotom-W is a pretty bad scarf pokemon tbh. It's main role in OU is to stop Bird spam, and cannot do so efficiently with a Choice scarf and 0 bulk investment. I suggest running Leftovers with 248 HP / 44 Spe / 216 Def with a Bold nature to take on the likes of Taloflame, Tornadus-T, and the rare Mega Pinsir.

Next is Latios. Run Defog over Surf and call it a day. If you wish to keep your mentality that Defog is a black art of the sort, then run offensive Starmie in Latios' place.

Conkeldurr is perfectly fine.

For the last mon, Clefable seems like a solid choice for your team. The set goes as follows:

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 96 SpD / 160 Def
Calm Nature
- Moonblast
- Softboiled
- Calm Mind
- Encore / Thunder Wave

The first 3 moves are rather simple to understand. Encore is to beat opposing CM boosters are force your way through. If you run Encore, i suggest taking 8 EVs from defense and investing it to Speed, to not lose speed ties. If you run TWave, it helps support other slow team members.
